Other Things to Note:
At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:

- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee $170.75 (Tax Included) Pets are allowed with written permission only. Maximum of 1 dog. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.
- The booking Person must be at least 25 or older.
- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.
- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

This home is just like being at home! Well furnished and well appointed! We had a fun quiet family wknd! Everyone was comfortable and again all the comforts of home! The concierge service helped us find a chef!

Great Staycation

Our family loved staying at this property. The house was perfect for our needs. If I had to give suggestions to make the stay even better it would be umbrellas or some form of shade for the pool and different lounge chairs by the pool. For some reason we all caught our toes on the legs of those chairs! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and loved the appliances. The pool was just the right size and the lake access was easy. We have been trying to find our favorite property to keep going to, and this one might be it.

Fabulous find!

This is our new go-to property at Lake LBJ! The house kitchen was very well stocked and even had a griddle for pancakes! Loved all the refrigerators to keep everything cold! Our teen boys had fun with the game room and poker table. The dock was perfect for the boat and jet ski, but also gave us a break away from our boys’ chaos in the pool. Beautifully decorated, quick communication from the property management company, and very close to HEB.
