Summary:
Located centrally in the heart of Garden City Beach, right off access road Atlantic Ave and directly next to the popular town pier. You won't find a more perfect vacation spot with short walks to amenities, direct views of the ocean and pier a few yards away from the 2nd floor balcony, and a short drive to the famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. Crack the patio door and relax to live summer music and rolling of the ocean waves. Come enjoy this modest but cute vacation spot for your get away.
The Space:
The condo is 450 sq ft. The perfect size to relax after a long day on the beach. Not too big and not too small, and has all your essentials. 2 adult guests is perfect, 4 is max with couch being used to sleep. Located on the second floor. Two flights of stairs on either end of the building will allow access to floor. We provide EQUIPMENT CLOSET access on the ground floor for all your beach items. Key is in the condo. Coin Laundry also available on ground floor.
Bedroom: 1 Queen bed that is on softer side since we have a topper on and so forth. 1 Dresser for clothes, closet for clothes, and tv. The room is smaller and bed takes up the majority of the space. Have to "shimmy" down sides if bigger person but it is doable.
Bunk Beds: Has two bunk beds available if needed. Most renters are only two people and use these for storage and that is fine. Available for sleeping otherwise.
Full Bath: Tub/Shower combo, 1 toilet, 1 sink, assorted small shower supplies
Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, sink, oven, coffee maker, assorted cookware, utensils, dishes, was cloths, cleaning supplies. No dishwasher
Living Room: 1 couch (typical beach couch, not luxury), 1 chair, location of main tv.
Porch: Stunning view and close proximity to ocean, chairs for relaxing, view to pool and pier as well.
Guest Access:
The entire condo is available during your stay. Pool (if open), one allowed parking spot for one vehicle (Street parking close by if full), Easy access to beach and beach public porta potty, NO ELEVATOR, stairs only to condo. We allow use of our ground floor owners closet to store your beach equipment. (Key in Condo), please do not bring your equipment in the condo. Also has a few chairs and misc. items currently. Coin laundry (washer/dryer) also available underneath building if needed.
The Neighborhood:
Multiple places to eat within walking distance on Atlantic Ave. Kroger and numerous other dining options with bike ride or short drive.
Property is directly next to a popular pier with night life during the summer and a short walk beach access location on other side of property. The pier can be be noisy with the night life at certain times and with close proximity, is easily heard.
Popular Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is only a short drive away.
Getting Around:
Most places you can walk or bike ride. Short drive gets you to everything you need.

Parking:
Like most beach condos, parking (especially during peak travel season) is a problem. There is not enough space for the property if the condos are full. You get one parking pass for one vehicle, if you have multiple vehicles you can only park one at the property, there are no spaces open, you can park on the road next to the palm trees, and there is free street parking on Atlantic Ave that is a short walk to the property until you can get a space. Towing is heavily enforced during the peak seasons, so be cautious. You are allowed a motorcycle to park anywhere you can fit it under the building, but no trailers or golf carts are allowed to be parked on the property.
