Located in the historic Linwood neighborhood, the home is on a quiet, corner lot. The neighbors have lived in the area for years and like to keep an eye on things. A few neighbors have dogs, so you might hear them in the backyard every so often. The OKC Fire Dept. Ladder 14 is a block away, so don't be alarmed if you hear fire truck sirens. During your stay, be sure to get out and explore some of OKC's best restaurants and antique shopping!
With self check-in, you'll have a unique code to access the WiFi key box which has the kitchen entry door. Be sure to close the WiFi key box and return the key at check-out.
SHARED SPACES with the In-Law Suite (not included in this listing):
The House is on the same property as the In-Law Suite.
There are no shared walls between the House and In-Law Suite.
The House shares the outdoor parking area with the In-Law Suite.
The House shares trash/recycling bins with the In-Law Suite.
OFF-LIMITS:
The garage, crawl space, and owner's storage room is off-limits.
Both fireplaces are NOT OPERATIONAL.
Attempts to use the fireplaces will result in immediate eviction & no refunds.
House guests will not disrupt the In-Law Suite guests.
LOUNGING SPACES:

- For extra guests, the sunroom has a twin & trundle bed available (there is a door, no closet)
- Each bedroom has a spacious closet & suitcase racks (except sunroom w/twins)
THE BASICS:
- High speed WiFi throughout the entire home
- Washer/dryer located in the basement
- Free off-street parking in the driveway
- No street parking
- Starter supplies (trash bags, pods, etc.) are provided & may need to be replenished during your stay
HOME TRUTHS:
- Neither fireplace is operational
- Steps down into the basement are STEEP; you'll have to duck to get down the final 3 steps.
- The main living area is recessed down, by one step.
- The historic floor vents are not operational & can make the home a little drafty.
- The working HVAC vents are in the ceiling!
- There is no vent in primary en suite bathroom. Please keep the door open after each use to release the humidity.
While there are no sidewalks, the neighborhood culture encourages walking and biking. On any given day, you'll see neighbors out with their families or walking their dogs. The EMBARK bus stop is a block away and provides reliable transportation services for neighbors and tourists alike. Like most urban areas, having a vehicle is the easiest way to explore OKC.
We're looking at you...yes, YOU! We use SUPERHOG's Know Your Guest tool as part of our guest screening process. SUPERHOG is a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. When you make the booking, SUPERHOG will send you an SMS/text message complete the ID Verification and pay the $35 Damage Waiver.
We get it! Accidents happen when you're traveling! That's why during the SUPERHOG process, we'll ask you to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $35. The damage waiver protects you in case you cause accidental damage (pet damage is excluded) during your stay. Say goodbye to awkward conversations after check-out! (This is in lieu of any security deposit.)
Your booking confirmation will also include a link to the Rental Agreement. The primary renter must agree to abide and follow these terms and conditions during the entire stay (& share these terms and conditions with all other guests).
*Your booking is NOT confirmed until the ID Verification, Damage Waiver, and Rental Agreement requirements have been fulfilled. These steps need to completed within 24 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and free up those dates for other guests.
Hey, Fido! We know you want explore the new smells around OKC with your owner. And it can be scary to be left alone in a new house by yourself. Remind your owners to pack your dog crate with them. Or tell them they can rent one from us while they're here (for a as little as $10/day). At least 48 hrs notice is required to rent a crate!
All guests will follow the Good Neighbor Agreement and will:

✔️ Sign our Rental Agreement
✔️ Follow the House Rules
✔️ Not exceed the Occupancy Limit
✔️ Adhere to Quiet Hours
✔️ Not tamper, disable, block or remove the safety and security devices, such as the smoke alarms, CO alarms, Minut privacy safe noise monitor, and Ring video doorbells.
*One Ring doorbell is located at the kitchen entry door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, courtyard area. The other Ring doorbell is located at the front door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, front yard. The Ring is a motion sensitive recording device and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the camera and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the home.
The home is treated for pests quarterly. In the spring/summer, the yard/garden has sprinklers that turn on in the morning, every other day. The lawn is mowed weekly (mid-week), weather permitting.
