The space
KITCHEN 👩🍳: The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher, gas stove), toaster, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, pour-over coffee maker, electric tea kettle, plus tons of cooking utensils. The kitchen island can seat up to 4 for group dinners or a fun game night. Plus there is a bistro table for additional dining space.
LIVING ROOM 📺: The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper couch, a 58” smart tv, and additional seating for your entire group. We have games, books, cards for you to enjoy. Also, extra pillows/blankets ideal for a cozy movie night.
BEDROOMS 🛏️ : There are 2 bedrooms (3 total beds) and both are equipped with a ceiling fan with a dimmable light, brand-new beds/mattresses, full-length mirrors, and closets for unpacking and settling in during your stay.
BATHROOM & LAUNDRY 🛁🧺: There is 1 full bathroom and stackable laundry in case you need to wash a load during your visit.
OUTDOORS 🌴: The shared yard is fully fenced and there is outdoor furniture for you to enjoy on a covered deck.
LOCATION ⚾️✈️🐯🏙️: The property is close to Gaslamp/downtown (2.1 mi), convention center (2.6 mi), Padre's baseball stadium (1.7mi), airport (4.9 mi), Balboa Park/Zoo (1.5 mi), South Park (0.6 mi), Coronado beach (5.8mi), Little Italy (4 mi) and several military bases.
GROCERIES 🛒: If you'd like to stay in and cook up a delicious meal, there are several small local corner markets to pick up a few groceries. You can also find big box stores like Target (1.2), Costco (1.1 mi) or Albertsons (1.7 mi) nearby.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire unit, the fully fenced yard, and the patio deck. Guests are able to self check-in with the smart lock.
Other things to note
There are 3 rental units available at our property so if you have a big group and are interested in reserving the other units, please check out my other listings and feel free to contact me to check availability.
One of the other rental units (3bd/2ba) is in the front of the property (separate building) so the front yard of that house is reserved for those guests only. From time to time, you may see those other guests as you walk by the side of the house to get to your "hidden gem" unit (2bd/1ba). There is also a studio attached to this unit so there is a shared wall between both kitchen/dining areas.
This is a non-smoking property - including all indoor and outdoor areas.
This is in a residential area so no loud noises after 10 pm out of respect for the other guests & neighbors.
For your safety, there are ring doorbell cameras and a camera/motion light for the backyards.
