High hopes for an uncomplicated stay. We have been to Coral Reef before. Floors were not clean. Lavatories in both baths were partially stopped up and filled with black greasy mold. Painting crews blocked access to the beach and pool areas. Day of our anniversary, painting of the hallway outside our condo restricted 6hrs. of access to our room. Only one of four TV's worked properly. Remotes were broken, held together with tape and without batteries. New batteries did not help. We see why no refunds were in place.

This unit was not as updated as far as furniture and things like that go. Also, I do not love the fact that they no longer offer chair/umbrellas with the rental and that you have to pay so far in advance now instead of paying your remaining balance when you get to the property like you were able to before.
