This newly furnished apartment is in a serene community on the 7th floor with a lift. Modern and tastefully decorated, it is near various top attractions in Dubai, such as Dubai Hills Mall – an interactive mall with a small theme park inside. Hospitals, schools, and business establishments are within the community, while Spinney's is just a short distance away. Aster and Nahdi Pharmacy are also within walking distance.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable single sofa bed for an additional person, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the views.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom boasts a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

During your stay, you will have access to the gym and pool.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this copy of your passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
