With multiple windows throughout the space, you can enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The studio has been professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as a gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam.

The Palm Jumeirah is an artificial island in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The island is popular with tourists and locals, offering various activities, including water sports, dining experiences, and high-end shopping destinations such as Nakheel Mall. Visitors can also explore the island's many attractions, including the Aquaventure Waterpark, the Lost Chambers Aquarium, and the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, which offers stunning views of the Dubai skyline. Around Palm Jumeirah, you can explore the city by taking the Palm Jumeirah Monorail with quicker access from Nakheel Mall. It will take you around Palm and a view of Atlantis. From Nakheel Mall, you can also enjoy the Palm at the top, where you will be amazed by the whole Palm Jumeirah View.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Atlantis is 5 minutes away by Tram from Nakheel Mall.
Downtown Dubai and DXB Airport are 25 minutes by car.
Burj Al Arab is 13 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 21 minutes away by car.
Dubai Marina is 12 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
