Bequem Platz für 6 Personen (bis zu 8 mit einem Futonbett). * Für eine zusätzliche Person wird eine Gebühr für mehr als 6 Personen erhoben. Für mehr als 8 Gäste ist eine Genehmigung des Eigentümers mit einem zusätzlichen Aufpreis erforderlich.

Private Einstellung; Das Haus liegt auf 11 Morgen Gras. Auf dem umzäunten Grundstück grasen Pferde und ein Pony. Ponyreiten für Kinder kann im Voraus mit dem Besitzer der Pferde gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr arrangiert werden. Gepflasterte Straßen zum Grundstück und eine ebene, kreisförmige Auffahrt ermöglichen ein einfaches Ein- und Aussteigen sowie Entladen.

Zur Innenausstattung gehören: Komplettservice-Küche mit 2 Öfen, Waschmaschine / Trockner, 3 Bäder, großes Esszimmer, großes Wohnzimmer, WLAN, Satellitenfernsehen, großer Flachbildfernseher, Billardtisch, Kamin (Holz vorhanden) und Nordic Track Pro Skifahrer.

Perfect

We had an amazing stay at the ranch and from the youngest (3 years old) to the oldest (75 years old) everyone enjoyed there stay. Kim was a great host and communication was easy. We stayed 5 nights and would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend to stay here.

The property was easy to get to. The pictures of inside and outside are accurate. Kim supplied apples and carrots to feed the horses and she welcomed people walking around the property. Kim was very responsive to our needs. Would recommend this property to others.

Outside of the property being amazing, Kim and Bruce were excellent hosts. They thought of just about everything and when we did need something, Kim was very swift and polite with her replies. I along with the 4 friends that stayed with me, highly recommend this destination!

Super Comfy Cozy!!

Such a wonderful, charming place to stay: quiet, calming, relaxing, and rejuvenating. And only a few miles up the canyon from the road that leads to Boulder, Golden, or Denver, so you don't have to drive a lot of windy roads if you don't want to. You can always continue up the road to Nederlands.... Although it's not ADA 'certified' our almost 90 year old aunt was able to maneuver around the place just fine with her walker and our 7 year old cat love the patio doors and big living room windows to look outside and try to figure out the horses. One morning while drinking coffee by the big living room windows a doe and two young ones came right by the window to say 'Hi'. Kim was very accessible and super great to chat with!!

Beautiful property

It was a joy to stay here. We were traveling from out of state to take our daughter to see her specialists in Aurora and to be close enough to enjoy the mountains. This was the perfect location for accessing both locations. The property owners left apples and carrots to feed the horses, which my kids loved. The boys enjoyed the pool table and metal detecting outside. The home was clean and we enjoyed being able to cook in the very organized kitchen.

Travel Magick!

Kim was a wonderful host, very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. We got to stay over Memorial Day weekend and enjoy the horses out front, the pool table inside, and the hot tub outside. The master bed was very comfortable and the chocolates on the pillow were a cute touch!

Exactly what we were looking for.

This house was in the perfect location for a family trip.Kim was gracious enough to let us check in early due to a snow shower. She gave us a great list of activities and shopping. The house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. We really enjoyed having the pool table and the fireplace. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Home Away From Home

My husband is in a wheelchair, so finding wheelchair accessible loactions is challenging. I am happy to say this property is great. The front steps are ramped and the house is flat. The master bedroom bed was pretty much impossible to get in and out of, but the second bedroom was perfect with a lot of open space. The Master bathroom is a bit tight but we managed to make do. The living area is open and cozy at the same time and the kitchen is the best-stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a VRBO. Bruce was very kind and accommodating and made us feel very comfortable in what is clearly a well-loved home. I would come back in a heart beat.

Awesome!!

Beautiful mountain getaway with hosts who were quick to respond to any questions or needs. There were so many special touches, even carrots and apples for us to feed the horses. It was the second visit at Evans Ranch for my two daughters and me. This time we brought with us a one year old grandbaby who enjoyed the whole week as much as we did. It is our hope to return again one day soon.

Spacious Mountain Home

Nice, quiet, and spacious! We were there for our daughter's small wedding ceremony. Kim made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The home is very clean with lots of space! The wedding ceremony was on the property with trees and mountains in the background, and we had ample parking for our guests. There are horses on the property and Kim left carrots and apples for us to feed them. This is a great place for a family event or quiet get away!

The comforts of home

The Evans Ranch was a perfect location for us to visit with local family. There is so much more room than the photos show. Kim was very accommodating and was even able to offer a screwdriver for a birthday project I was making for my 90 yo mother in law. We were able to find the Labyrinth up in the field and check out the Cobb house she is having built for her personal space. Such a peaceful and creative space.

Serenity in the Mountains

Wonderful ranch home on a working horse farm in the canyons. Owner provided us with apples and carrots to feed the horses. Pool table and Hot Tub made the stay enjoyable even with some rain. Kim is amazing and was beyond accommodating to are needs.

Lovely huge house and secluded horse farm

Huge house and property, pretty surroundings. Kim is very easy to work with and very responsive and thorough. Spotty internet, which the host is working on fixing. A bit far from civilization - to get anywhere is at least 25-30 minutes, but hiking is available very close by and house is spacious, with hot tub, pool table and a nice property, so easy to stay local and hang out.

All of the creature comforts of home, beautiful mountain views, horses and super hosts!

Our family of 7 (3 grandparents, 2 parents and two college grads) stayed at the ranch for CU Boulder Graduation and Mother's day, and were delightfully surprised by all of the amenities that our super hosts provided to ensure a wonderful stay. It felt like "home", with added benefits! Waking up to the beautiful mountain view, the grazing horses and a multitude of birds feeding away was so peaceful. The home was cozy and very thoughtfully appointed to meet and exceed all of our needs, and is situated on a beautiful and private piece of land. Condiments, pool table, hot tub, board games, cable TV, wi-fi etc. made for an easy good time for all of us. Located centrally (about 30 minutes from many various towns), we were able to visit Boulder, Golden, Nederland and Black Hawk with ease! Highly recommend for a family vacation and we would not hesitate to visit again!

This is our family home. We liked the idea that we could share our slice of heaven with others looking for the true Rocky Mountain high experience!

When the owner /s in town, the family may be on land. It's 11 acres, so there's lots of room to roam! If owners are in town during a booking, they stay in a separate, private area with a separate entrance (which isn't part of the Vacation Rental). The owners respect guests' privacy but remain available to service if needed. Otherwise, owners will never enter the main Ranch House during your stay.

Special Events; parties, weddings, retreats, etc., and catering are available for extra fees. Must be arranged well in advance and pre- approved by the Owner.

Beautiful Views, wildlife, serenity, fresh mountain air, hiking and mountain biking nearby, close to skiing, gaming, and shopping. Drive time is 45 min to downtown Denver, 25-30 min to Boulder and Nederland, and 20 minutes to Downtown Golden.

Lovely Coal Creek Canyon Community. We are away from City lights so the Stars at night from our land are truly wonderful! Most of the time you can see the Milky Way -- extra special to gaze upon while soaking in the outdoor Hot Tub!
