The bedroom contains a luxurious king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

The local stations are easily accessible, making it convenient for visitors to explore the surrounding areas. With its stunning views and exciting attractions, Dubai Creek is a must-visit destination for travellers looking to experience the best of Dubai. You can find excellent restaurants in the area, such as The Courtyard at Vida Creek Beach, Soul Green Dubai, Mondoux, and Stage 2 at Vida Creek Harbour. Regarding shopping, the best spots are Dubai Festival City Mall and Sheek Street.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
