The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Enjoy a public beach in The Pointe with a view of The Atlantis. You can also get a day visit to Atlantis and enjoy the waterpark. You can also try the Palm Monorail, which starts at the entrance of Palm Jumeirah and gets you through The Atlantis area. It's a 10-minute walk to Nakheel Mall and 8 minutes drive from Atlantis Palm.

Around Golden Mile apartments are restaurants, coffee shops, and more options in Nakheel Mall. There are a few restaurants on the ground floor area of the building such as Ella's Eatery perfect spot for breakfast or brunch, or if you fancy some Japanese cuisine there is Miyabi. You can find various shops in the area, such as Spinneys and Waitrose.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
