Guests can fully enjoy all the fantastic amenities our property has to offer. Take advantage of the spacious garage, the beautiful pool, and the lovely fenced outdoor living areas, along with a handy laundry room for your convenience.

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs.

Pool heating is available for $300 (82 degrees) and spa heating is available for $50 per day. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Ask about our current promotions and specials.

Events and equipment rentals are subject to additional charges. We require a valid photo ID for any event. Please reach out to us to discuss your event prior to making a reservation.

An extra guest fee of $100 per night per guest applies after 12 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
