Sie werden unsere neu renovierte Wohnung sehr komfortabel und einladend finden. Die Küche wurde komplett mit neuen Geräten, Schränken, Arbeitsplatten und komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie in Ihrer Küche zu Hause finden würden. Es gibt überall neue Fliesenböden, neue Farben, Möbel und hawaiianisches Dekor sowie neu renovierte Badezimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und einen Flachbild-TV. Der Flur öffnet sich zu einem einladenden Wohnzimmer, das ein Murphy-Bett und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten mit einem anderen Flachbild-TV und DVD-Player bietet. Ein charmantes abgeschirmt in Lanai vergrößert den Raum und Sie können die Natur und attraktives Laub und den Blick auf den Golfplatz genießen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, Klimaanlage mit hoher Leistung, Kabel-TV und WLAN.

Great vacation property!

We booked for a week in March and really enjoyed our stay. The unit had many things we weren't expecting, like extra toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry soap, coffee filters, some seasonings and condiments. The kitchen had a rice cooker, dishes, plenty of pots and pans. They had many towels, beach chairs and an umbrella available for use. The beds were comfy, furniture had been updated. Only note was some minor cosmetic damage, ie paint chips on some of the walls/baseboards and doors. Also the area was really great, close to many beaches! We would definitely stay again.

Ok but probably wouldn’t stay there again

The condo was ok but we wouldn’t stay there again due to my mold and mildew allergies. You can’t see any mold or mildew inside the condo but you can smell it immediately walking in. There are fans in the bathrooms but they don’t turn on. The shower head holes were black and had to be cleaned by us. The washing machine only worked on one cycle and most of the time wouldn’t drain or spin so we had to sit and watch it to get it to work. The fridge shows water and ice in door but wasn’t connected. we had to buy bags of ice and use tap water or bottled water. The ac units had to be turned off when we left the property so you come home to a hot stinky place, it took forever to cool the place back down.The bedroom ac unit was old and loud. There was oily sticky residue all over the kitchen counters and table that wouldn’t come off when cleaned. The instructions read to clean out the fridge, there was stuff in there. There was soda, butter, all kinds of sauces and salad dressings. There were old popsicle's and ice cream in the freezer. No toiletries were provided unless you wanted to use old stuff probably left from other visitors. The bedding seemed to be clean and the mattresses were comfortable even on the Murphy bed but they didn’t fit the bed frames so everything was falling down between the mattress and frame. The bed frame corners stuck out far so were hit and tripped on constantly. They did have beach and shower towels to use. They provided beach toys. Couch,chair,rugs dirty.

Great place

Everything was clean and well equipped. I enjoyed the fact there were extra toilet paper and paper towels. Also condiments. The only recommendation I have would be for owner to add plastic dishes for small children otherwise it's perfect

Very clean, good location, beautiful pools, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, 2 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, and much more. Would stay again if we go back to the North Shore.

Wonderful relaxing condo

This condo had everything we needed. Its was very spacious, we had 5 people including a 16,15 and 8 year old. Everyone was quite comfortable. The pool was a welcome sight after swimming in the ocean for a few days. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful family vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kawela Bay. It was perfect for our needs, and the area around was just beautiful. We enjoyed being just a 10 minute walk from Turtle Bay, and a short drive away from many beautiful beach areas. The condo was clean and well-supplied with everything we needed. Thanks for the opportunity for us to make some great memories!

Nice location

The property location is very nice. There is still a sour smell especially in bedroom and ensuite bathroom. But we weren't in the condo much. One suggestion: a full length mirror for the ladies.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at this property. It had everything we needed including AC in the master and in the living room, which I hear some other units do not have (and believe me, in the summer you will want it...) Because of the nature of the trip, we did not use a lot of the amenities, but it was very peaceful and relaxing staying here on this side of the island. We would stay here again.

I was expecting a loft for some reason, but the condo was clean , and private. Close to the pool. Has all amenities you need. It filled our needs and the landlord was very agreeable.

Very nice ground floor unit.

Condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Absolutely loved having the outdoor seating area which was screened in, with great views of the golf course. A nice little grassed in area at the back provided a good play space for our toddler. Loved the location, only a short walk up to Turtle Bay Resort where we ate a few times but the kitchen in the condo had everything we needed so we were able to eat in a lot as well. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the North Shore.

Lovely Condo on the Beautiful North Shore

Our family had a great vacation and this condo was just great. It was clean and well-maintained and the owner was very helpful. We locked ourselves out (vacay brain :)) and one call and the owner helped us get back in. It's only a ten minute walk to the beach and we were right on the golf course! Would definitely come again.

Great place to stay, except for...

The condo was perfect for our needs, clean and located in a great place. That said, the smell of pot being smoked was noticeable nearly every day by the neighbors, so much so that my two daughters were asking about it. The fact that a vehicle pulled up and the long lost relatives of Cheech and Chong rolled out, apart from being comical, was not what I wanted to explain to my kids while on vacation. I would stay here again however, despite the concerns of weed usage next door.

A clean and comfortable stay for our family.

This condo offers a clean and comfortable space. It has everything you would need plus a few extras. A great bonus was the murphy bed in the living room. It was easy to set up and put away and the comfort of sleeping on a real mattress (instead of a folding one in a pull out couch) was wonderful. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the appliances were newer and in excellent condition. The furniture on the lanai was older and rusty but we covered the chairs with towels when we did sit out there. Both beds were comfortable with nice bedding. There were boogie boards, sand toys and beach towels available. The TV's in the living room and bedroom were quite large and great quality. There were minor issues with both toilets; a slow leak in the water tank of the main bathroom toilet so it was often kicking in to refill the water and the water level in the en suite toilet appeared to be a little low and there was often a smell in that bathroom. This being said, it would not affect my decision to recommend this property for rental and I would return to enjoy it again!

Perfect get-away spot

Great condo with all you need for a comfy relaxing stay. Would recommend and will definitely be back on my next visit to Honolulu. Only downfall was not having rental car and having to hire a shuttle to & from Turtle Bay (not cheap). Bus service once here was great and we easily got around to places like sharks cove (supermarket) and a visit to the Polynesian Cultural Centre. Note: bus runs from Waikiki but will not allow passengers with large luggage on board.

Great stay, we will go again

Fabulous Getaway

This ground floor condo was the perfect fit for my family. Booking was easy and the owner was kind and accessible (although we didn't need anything once there). Everything was as pictured with more than enough towels, extra bedding and blankets. My children enjoyed playing tennis and swimming in the pool daily (and often nightly :). Everything was conveniently located (a minute walk to the pool and two minutes to the tennis courts). We walked to the hotel everyday and strolled the beach, swam in secluded coves, hunted for sand crabs and hermit crabs and booked horseback riding for the kids. They absolutely loved it and want to return. We felt safe and secure with the gated entry and friendly security guards. We will definitely return to this condo and will recommend it to our friends. Mahalo Nui!
