This cozy, economical apartment is located in a small, 8-unit building on the second floor (one flight of steps). You enter into the living area with a sitting area, dining area. and well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, dishes, cooking essentials). To the right, there is a work area and full bathroom. To the left is the bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed, plenty of closet space, and a smart TV. There, you will find the air conditioning unit, USB outlets and Bluetooth speaker. Sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels and drinking water are all provided.

This apartment is in the center of the building which means it is very quiet, but also quite dark. There are two interior windows in the living area. If you plan to primarily use the apartment to relax, rest from the beach or from a night out clubbing, then this is the perfect space for you!

You can always liven things up as guests are always welcome! You'll find that other guests and residents are fun and here to meet people and have fun!
