**BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS**
With two comfortable bedrooms, our home provides ample space for families or small groups looking to explore the beauty of Ellijay. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed while bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom in our cabin has an attached ensuite bathroom, ensuring complete privacy and convenience for your stay.

**LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN**
Inside, you'll find a cozy retreat with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. Enjoy the convenience of an open-concept kitchen with all the appliances that you need for cooking, adjacent to a generously sized living room. Wind down with entertainment on the smart TV, complete with streaming services. Please use your personal logins to access your favorite shows and movies.

**GAME ROOM**
Enjoy the cabin game room located in the basement of the cabin. Separate basement area completed in April 2024, bathroom with full shower, wet bar, sofa bed, foosball table, game room/family area

Our home is located in a beautiful resort and provides a tranquil escape near the river. You can spend your days relaxing on the deck, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. In the evenings, you can gather around the fire pit and enjoy cozy nights under the stars. Additionally, you can use the gas BBQ by the deck to grill delicious meals while taking in the picturesque surroundings.

Conveniently located within the Coosawattee River Resort, our house offers easy access to all the attractions and activities that Ellijay has to offer. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or simply looking to unwind in nature, our home provides the perfect setting for your mountain getaway.

Guest Access:
Guests needs to be registered to access the neighborhood and a separate code to access the lodge.
Guest will have access to whole home with the exception of the cleaning/owners' closet.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract prior to their reservation

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Firewood is not provided. Please coordinate with us before your arrival, if you would like to purchase some firewood for your stay. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
