Clean, bright and well located
It’s quite a nice place but needs a few improvements. Pay attention to the street cleaning signs to avoid towing/ damage on Wednesdays and Thursdays. There is 1 narrow garage space & no driveway parking. There are 2 rentals on the property. The back house guests have an upper balcony. In use even quiet conversation would be audible in the back bedrooom.
Pros: clean,new appliances,new kitchen,gorgeous bathrooms and comfortable beds and good closet space.
Cons: no outdoor area for relaxing/dining. There is no dining area other than the four stools at the island. Given the great kitchen; it is a shame that there is no area that is comfortable to share a meal. Even a folding table and chairs would have been appreciated.There were no instructions whatsoever in the unit for anything. We arrived at 4pm and a/c unit in the main room was not working. By the time the management company called back it was totally dark outside and they wanted us to go find the fuse box in the back of the house. After this glitch, they were responsive to our issues. There should be instructions for the fuse box, television streaming, trash procedure, street cleaning schedule, etc. The complete lack of hand towels/washcloths, and by inference, kitchen towels,pot holders, and tissues is explained away as “environmentally conscious”. It is annoying in a rental of this caliber. A sweep must be installed on the bottom of the front door as there was a wide gap, allowing insect incursions.
