Whether you're here for work, music, dance or tourism, you'll appreciate the proximity to the major business centers, the Stockyards, Sundance Square, and Bass Performance hall.

Spacious with great natural lighting, a beautiful porch, backyard firepit - it's a perfect blend of warmth, comfort and modern design, your home away from home.

house review

this house was not very clean. there was food crumbs all over the kitchen ground under the cabinents and dead bug that had been smashed on the walls and never cleaned up. the overall size of the house was great because we have 10 people. It was not in a great neighborhood. When we went to the store i felt unsafe. I would not stay here again.

We loved it!

We had 13 of us stay, the house was super clean and prettier in person! Everyone slept comfortably and perfect distance from everything.

Would we stay again?

We all felt that the home is overpriced for what you get and the location of the home. The photos of the property are a little decWhen we were unloading our things we came across an opened bag of food in the cabinet that seemed to have been left from previous people. Why would these items not have been disposed of by the cleaning crew? There is a smell in the home (musty), which was alarming to us as our son has immune issues. One of the air vents had what seemed to be carpet crumbles hanging in it (again a cleaning issue). For the ridiculous fees you pay on top of the rental fee the home should be clean. Another issue we found to be an annoyance is that the larger bedrooms (downstairs and upstairs) seem to be an addition to the home. That’s fine, but the flooring is extremely noisy when you walk around and it disturbs the downstairs people. We did have an issue with getting hot water in one of the bathrooms and the host had it taken care of the same day, so this was nice. The home is not in a great area either. You can hear a lot of outside noise, so if you are a light sleeper at all here is your warning.

For Fort Worth stock show steer show

We stayed for the Forth Worth Stock Show Steer show from Monday and checked out on Saturday morning. When we checked in Monday night we couldn’t get in the front door but then I just pushed on it and it opened I did inform the property manager. The house might be new because for as big as it is the living room it had one three seater sofa. On Thursday morning coming down the stairs I fell about halfway down and broke my pinkie toe the stairs are very narrow and no hand rails. Other thank that the house is very nice and has a lot of space for big groups

Very clean, would stay again

We would easily stay here again. Head’s up on upstairs master, no hand rails on steps, nor for steps up to back door. No hairdryers. A little hiccup on ck in as the host said vrbo did not send us ck in info as they should have. But, again, we would stay again in a heart beat! A good choice!

great stay!

The house is quite cozy, my only problem was the musty smell, and a little squeaking from the beds upstairs, I'm sure this will be solved quickly and without a problem, the service was excellent, the check-in was super practical , an excellent place, the patios are also very nice.
