Designed with an open floor plan complete with high-end room amenities, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The living room features a comfortable double bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options and a dining table enough to accommodate two.

The space includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can enjoy stunning views of Dubai Miracle Garden.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. . It also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a rain shower, a toilet and a basin. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

The Dubai Miracle Garden is a must-see attraction when visiting Dubai. This world-famous garden is located just a short distance from the Miraclz Tower, making it the perfect place to spend an afternoon. With over 150 million blooming flowers, the Dubai Miracle Garden is truly a sight to behold. There are also plenty of kid's friendly parks where you can have a stroll and picnic: Arjan Community Park, Camden Park and Windsor Park Motor City.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
