?This is a non-smoking apartment.
?Parties and events are not permitted
?Please note only one car parking is provided and we register the cars to avoid towing
?We provide dish washer pods but we do not provide laundry soap
?Pets are allowed but please do not allowed them on the furniture . Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $50 per pet per stay.
?Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.

Listen up, folks! We have a strict "one spot per apartment " policy here. So, park in your assigned spot. Your fellow residents might not appreciate playing "musical chairs" with their precious parking spots.
