From the very beginning, communication was great! Also, I appreciate how detailed instructions and directions were. The home itself was beautiful and stocked with essentials needed to run a household. I did have to restock some items such as toilet paper, dishwashing detergent etc. which was expected anyway due to my 5 day stay. The pool was clean, inflatables were provided as well as a grill. We also had a beautiful view of the lake. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I have been renting properties in the orlando area for 20 years and this home was definitely in the top three! Clean, just as the pictures described, lots of towels and the pool area was fully equipped, the view of the lake was great. Close to all shopping and golf courses. the community was quiet and exceptionally clean. thank you again, we will rebook for next year! cheers Fran

Amazing vacation!

My family and I could not have been happier with this house. It had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes/cookware, nicely furnished bedrooms with a TV in every bedroom, and the pool and the view looking out over the lake was amazing!! The pictures of this property are very accurate and the views from the pool are even better than pictures can show. I highly recommend this house for families. (There was also a lot of things for families with young children/babies…umbrella stroller, pack n play, baby tub, and high chair) The house was very clean and we had zero issues with anything. Communication with the owner/property management was great and they were very fast to respond and helpful. We are already talking about booking this house again in the future.

Great location!

Have stayed in lake berkley for a number of years and would stay in this house again. We like being on the lake fishing is great. Grandkids love the pool.

This place was not cleaned. They say it was but not very well at all.

Nice house. Arrived and it was not cleaned well. Used personal hygiene items found next to the bed. A fishing worm and a hook tool found in another twin bed. Food left around the pool deck. To much to list. Would never stay at a place with this management company. I would like to speak to the owner to see if he knows what a bad job this company does. I have lots of pictures. Spent the the first day Cleaning.

Perfect for us!

House was exactly how it looked on website. Perfect size for our family vacation with multiple families. Pool and game room kept everyone occupied when we were there. Would definitely stay there again!

Good stay

Beds were comfortable..view was great..we had a lot of trouble with guards at gate. They made guests leave and drive back with 1 car instead of two..we only had 4 cars total. Management company were great in handling issue..this is only VRBO that I have had to bring coffe filters,toilet rolls,paper towels cooking spices..etc. I hope others will be made aware to bring all of this stuff or like me they will have to go and buy

Home needs deep cleaning, and an inspection of the property.

It looks like the property management does not go out to inspect this home. When we got there one of the rooms smelled horrible, it was so bad we never used this room. We ended up cleaning the bathrooms and all the ceiling fans ourselves. The kitchen floor was also duty. I did report this to the property manager and she advised she would send someone the next day to clean. Why would you send someone to clean the property when supposedly you do this after every stay. No thanks, we cleaned our selves since apparently the cleaning company does not know what a clean house is. We had beach towels but only 1 bath towel. Reported this as well and the next day they brought towels for us. When they came out the next morning we tried to comunicate to the the person who was there and we could not understand each other, she did not speak english, or spanish. The garbage bins were full of trash. And mosquito everywhere. So I have to say that this property management company Does Not inspect the home before the guest comes in. We bought 3 new bbq grill flame tamers for the bbq grill. (I never told this to the property manager). What for, it's their responsibility to at least inspect the property. The home is nice but could use deep cleaning and new bedding.

Beautiful Kissimmee pool house!!

We had an awesome time at the pool house. Beautiful Gated community! A couple of minor things that could of been better such as the need for updated furniture and a washing machine that actually works. No other complaints.

This home furniture needs replacement. Bar stools damaged can barely sit in. The kitchen table chairs peeling leather. Trash and unclean utensils were left in the pantry as if the prior guest used the grill. Towels in linen closet were folded damp. Curtain rod in living room barely up on wall needs fixing. Patio chair cushions need major replacing. Pool needed cleaning, etc. When we first got there the tv’s cable network was not on and needed guidance to connect. The garage game room area need cleaning and ping pong net need replacing. It’s so much. We did more cleaning than anything at that property and left the property in a better cleaned state than we arrived. This was an unpleasant experience and for the cost is very disappointing. Never again.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall this house was Awesome! Location was so beautiful and close to everything we love to do in Florida. Disney was 20 minutes away, beaches were no more then 2 hour drive! Pool was perfect for the kids. Only negative I have is that some of the furniture was beat up a bit but with us having kids I did not mind.

Just spent Christmas and New Years at Berkley Resort. Super nice resort, we lucked out and only had neighbours for our last 2 nights. House was clean, well stocked with kitchen gadgets. We've stayed in the area before and most likely will again seeing it's close to everything!! Wifi at times was weak...but we weren't there to be on our devices . Really only issue with the house is the design - there is no closet for jackets, shoes or to put an umbrella as you enter the front door. Great house and a great vacation

Perfect choice

This is a spacious house sleeping 10 although we were 7. Three bedrooms upstairs two downstairs.My grandchildren aged 10 9 and 7 loved the pool and the adults loved the poolside open view across the lake . The kitchen is well equipped apart from the absence of an electric kettle . The beds are comfortable We spent 2 weeks at the property and found it the perfect getaway from the crowded theme parks all of which are less than 30 minutes drive away

Family vacation

Great place to enjoy time with the family and relax. Very spacious everyone was comfortable we loved the place. Pool was great could use some new outdoor furniture and a nice power wash back there, I did have hose down the floor it was very dirty when we got there but once I hit the floor with hose everything was great. I just wanted to mention that because we did see our neighbors next door there getting there pool area power wash. Overall we loved the place and would loved to come back.

Perfect deal for a family

The layout of the house was perfect for our extended family of eight. The downstairs master bedroom worked well for the eldest couple. The upstairs main bedroom worked for the middle couple. The downstairs second bedroom worked for the bachelor uncle. And the kids fit perfectly in the other upstairs bedrooms. The pool was a just the right size for cooling off after visiting Disney properties all day.
