The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area and kitchen, bathed in natural light pouring through two sets of sliding glass doors leading to a screened-in patio. This outdoor space features decorative lighting, an overhead fan, and a picturesque view of the golf course, creating an ideal spot for relaxation. Furnished with comfortable seating, it quickly becomes a favorite hangout spot.
The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a coffee/tea bar, ice machine, and crockpot for added convenience. The kitchen island, adorned with Quartz counters and two barstools, complements the dining table, comfortably seating four. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit with a small processing fee or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
