Beautiful, finely decorated apartment, located in Condomínio Vila dos Amigos, which is just 50m from Praia da Espera!

My 2-floor space (ground floor and upper) has 3 bedrooms (1 suite) all of which are air-conditioned. The apartment also has a living room with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, full kitchen and balcony.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1 (superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, blinds and closet;

Bedroom 1 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blinds and closet;

Bedroom 2 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blinds and closet.

Guests will have access to the entire space of the house without restrictions.

Itacimirim is an excellent place to get in touch with nature and rest on its beautiful and unspoilt beaches.

The Condominium has a gourmet area, a beautiful swimming pool, a relax area and a children's playground. The reception is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 54.1 km.
