Three stories of outdoor deck space, soaring cathedral ceilings and a great reverse floor plan that places the kitchen and great room on the second floor to capture off shore breezes. Two primary suites and three additional bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens, and 2 twins) sleep 10 comfortably creating the perfect setting for your next vacation.

Steps to sandy beaches and walking distance to quaint shops, restaurants, and museums where history and charm abound! Spectacular Cape Henlopen State Park is a mere bike ride away, or launch your kayak at the convenient Canal Front park. Lewes is a National Scenic byway, the first town in the first state, and borders the Delaware Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and is only 5 miles north of Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk amusements.

Friday to Friday rental during June, July and August.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival required to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
