On the lowest levelis the second master en-suite, which is furnished with a queen bed as well as another private deck. From this deck, there is direct access down to the lake.

Chinquapin is 95-wooded acres along a mile of Lake Tahoe’s pristine shoreline. Chinquapin is about a five minute drive to Tahoe City (three miles), and 10-15 minutes away from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar ski areas.
