Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Barefoot Bungalow VW96 provides 3 parking spaces, Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW96. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways,
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

VILLAGE WALK
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we'll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. For every parking space on the property, New Wave will supply parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.
**Some New Wave properties have exterior cameras to help ensure the safety of both guests and homeowners**
