Step inside Samui Breeze #157, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home. This captivating coastal retreat checks all the boxes for your next getaway. Located just steps from the Surf City canals and a one-minute walk to the beautiful beach, guests will enjoy the best of both worlds for an unforgettable vacation experience. Prepare to be wowed by the water views from the expansive decks and private balconies in each bedroom. Bicycles, a kayak, beach chairs, and much more are provided for guests' enjoyment!

This newly built home offers a fresh and inviting atmosphere accompanied by thoughtful conveniences, modern upgrades, and spacious accommodations throughout. Upon entering the home you will find a large open living, dining, and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island which will make cooking time a breeze. There is bar stool seating for six at the kitchen island and six at the dining table. The spacious and comfortable living room is equipped with brand new furniture and a large selection of board games making for the perfect space to entertain your group for a game night or movie night. Just off of the living room is a large deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the sun setting over the canals. Down the hall, there are three bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds. A shared bathroom is located on the hall for two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as an ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs and find two additional bedrooms separated by a huge second living space and a full bathroom. With a comfortable sitting area, a large TV, and a PS4 gaming console, this area makes for a great hang-out spot for kids. The two bedrooms on either side have a queen-sized bed with a twin bunk bed, sleeping a total of four in each. Each bedroom has a private deck to enjoy views of the canal.

This home comes with two bikes, one kayak, beach chairs, board games, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a private garage with a couch for an additional hang-out space. There is parking under the carport and in the driveway for 4-6 vehicles depending on size. For entertainment, high-speed internet is provided. There is a flat-screen TV provided in each bedroom. This home is not pet-friendly.

Guests will enter the home by walking up the far set of stairs located on the right side of the house, facing the backyard (white railing) There is a keyless entry lock on this door only. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided and beds will be made upon arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
