The courtyard includes a hot tub, 2 gas fire pits, 2 outdoor picnic tables, a gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and a 2-person swing — creating a fun & relaxing atmosphere that’s great for kids, adults, family, friends, and pets.

— The courtyard + its amenities, front yard, and parking areas are shared between all guests.

— Free parking is available onsite via 2 large driveways behind the property. Street parking is NOT allowed.

— Pets are allowed on request and there is a $50 fee per pet.

— For safety purposes, there are security cameras in the front yard and courtyard. They are pointing away from the private suites and inner courtyard & are only reviewed when we need to verify who’s accessing the property.

— There is a hot tub in the courtyard. It is covered when not in use, but there is not a fence or lock preventing access. Children, pets, and vulnerable adults should be supervised when around this area.
