IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES & POLICIES:

🚫 NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO EVENTS: To maintain the highest standards, pets, smoking, and events are not allowed on the property.
🅿️ PARKING: Flat driveway parking for 4 vehicles, plus 6 additional spots in an adjacent lot.
🔒 SECURITY: Outdoor security cameras monitor the driveway and entrances 24/7 for safety. No indoor cameras are used.
🔥 FIREPLACE USE: The indoor fireplace is available from OCTOBER 15TH TO MAY 1ST.

Important: You will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please complete the verification at the time of reservation of the property to confirm your booking immediately.


BOOKING & SECURITY DETAILS:

🌲 Mountain Life: Staying in the mountains means you may encounter natural elements like unpredictable weather, wildlife, and critters. During snowstorms or fallen trees, power outages may occur, and you might even spot a bear 🐻! Please follow all safety protocols and remember—never approach a bear. 🛑
💳 SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT will be collected 2 days before your stay, securely processed through our Property Management System.
📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking.
