Wir sind so verliebt in Villa Carambola (Property ID 3.583.288), dass wir beschlossen, das Haus nebenan zu kaufen, und wir nennen es Villa Flamboyan. Wir sind derzeit einige Verbesserungen und die Dekoration, aber Villa Flamboyan wird schön sein. Es ist ein großes Haus, die leicht Platz für große Gruppen.

Villa Flamboyan wurde eingerichtet "Santorini" Stil! Die Schlafzimmer haben Doppel und / oder Kingsize-Betten und geräumige Schränke. Mit den hohen Decken und großen Meeresbrise ist dieses Haus die perfekte Mischung aus Eleganz und Komfort. Außerhalb der großen Infinity-Pool buchstäblich schmilzt in den Ozean. Es gibt Schritte, direkt aus dem Eigentum auf den Privatstrand. Das Meer vor dem Haus ist ideal für Schnorcheln, Tauchen und Paddle-Boarding.

Beginnen Sie den Tag mit einem Bad im Infinity-Pool und dann nach unten gehen, um das Wasser durch unsere privaten Zugang zum Meer, wo Sie schnorcheln, Paddle Board, oder einfach nur schwimmen gehen. In Surfsaison, sind Sie nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von einigen der besten Spots in Aguadilla, oder nehmen Sie eine kurze Fahrt zu Rincon oder Isabela. Sie können auch zum Crash Boat, einer der besten Strände in der Gegend zu gehen. Am Nachmittag haben Sie Ihr Lieblingsgetränk in der oberen oder unteren Deck und genießen Sie einen anderen Sonnenuntergang jeden Tag, achten Sie auf die Vögel der Umgebung, die malerischen Fischerbooten, je nach Saison, beobachten Sie die Wale oder eine Schule von Delfinen.

2nd Annual Supper Club Vacation

Super relaxing, got to explore the real Puerto Rico. Love the private beach and the crashing waves. Especially loved our own “cat away from home”. So sweet and friendly. The home was cozy and comfortably - although I’m glad we didn’t come in the height (didn’t realize there was only AC in the bedrooms).

Wonderful space

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and spacious house. There are five spacious bedrooms, which is plenty of room to spread out and everyone has their own private space and enough common space for all to enjoy being together too. We had a few complications which were immediately addressed by the owner/company.

Our stay

Loved the house but there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Fridge in the pantry had cooling issues, door knob for master bedroom kept coming off, shower head in one of the queen bedrooms wasn’t functioning properly. Spider webs on outside banisters of decks and light fixtures. Pool needed to be cleaned at least one time during the stay. Roof leaks in the centrum of the firing. Kitchen was equipped, we actually purchased a few items and left them at the house. Coffe maker uses a cone shaped filter, would have been nice to have known that.

Perfect Relaxing Destination

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the house! The house is very spacious with the bedrooms separated for optimal privacy. The kitchen included everything we needed for dishes and utensils as we ate most of our meals at the house. We also enjoyed some really great restaurants in the Aguadilla area. The house does get warm during the day, but the air conditioners in the bedrooms kept the temperature comfortable for sleeping. The pool overlooking the ocean was perfect! We enjoyed watching activity on the ocean and the Coast Guard helicopters making their daily rounds. We even witnessed a pod of dolphins travel by one day. We also loved the private access to the beach. It was a great area for snorkeling and floating in the ocean. If you love animals like our group, you will enjoy watching the iguanas that live in the cliffside rocks and a friendly neighborhood cat that made her way through our yard every day. We had a great trip and recommend this house for relaxing with your family and friends!

Fantastic week in paradise!

What a wonderful time we all had! Ten of us spent our annual family trip here wanting to try something new and our hopes were exceeded drastically! Coral was so attentive and helpful all week. The private beach has us so spoiled we don’t know if we will be able to go back to normal beach trips again! I cannot recommend strongly enough to try the chef services offered here. Fausto is a culinary genius and works harder than anyone I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful and peaceful property with private beach and amazing views!

Our group of 5 adults and 6 kids (ages 3-11) had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The house itself was simple but spacious, beds were comfortable and air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. Hot water worked well (previous reviews reported poor hot water), even in the outdoor shower which is the shower our children preferred! Every bedroom has a bathroom plus additional bathrooms in both the living area and outdoors. There are ceiling fans in every area to keep you cool and we did not miss air conditioning in the living area due to fans and the breeze through open windows and doors. Bring mosquito spray if you are prone to being bitten. The outdoor space is absolutely perfect and this is where had all of our meals and spent 90% of our time. The pool is well maintained (pool guy came daily), the patio furniture was comfortable, and the view is spectacular...but the best part was the beach access with private cove. The final few steps down to the beach required some climbing since the stairs had not been repaired yet from the winter swells, but we were able to manage and this added to the adventure for our kids. We are told that the stairs are rebuilt each May for the summer months when the water is consistently calmer. But the cove is not to be missed! We explored beautiful local beaches including Crash Boat (very popular and busy), Playa Pena Blanca (smaller and great for snorkeling...we swam with turtles) and Borinquen...all a 5-10 minute drive away. The house is located in the back of a neighborhood. The nearby main street had many restaurants and was close to a grocery store. There were pool floats, a beach umbrella, beach towels and an ice chest available for use at the house. The washer and dryer also came in handy and detergent was provided. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bedroom and dish/dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. Housekeeper comes daily to tidy up the kitchen and living space. I would 100% recommend this property. We absolutely loved our time here and were so sad to leave.

Perfect house in Puerto Rico

We were 3 families - 11 people total. 6 adults, 5 kids from 9-14. This was wonderful. The house is amazing. It has a well equipped kitchen, lots of space to hang out, great pool and beach front. Sunsets were beautiful on the spacious patio. Clean house and lovely staff. Highly recommend!

Incredible week.

5 couples stayed in February. Just a great house that fit our group perfect. Actually got to snorkel for couple days down on the beach below. Great times, swam with turtles and fish variety was great. Two days saw whales from bluff, saw a big group of dolphins one day as well. Lots of bird life, including frigates, tropic birds, pelicans, osprey, and troupial(we the Venezuelan), doves, white winged dove and pigeons. Saw the local inguanas that live within the cliffs. Just a great week, visiting multiple beaches as well.

Spectacular property

Spectacular property! The view is breathtaking (literally). We had a very hard time leaving the house, between the pool, the private cove and the outdoor space we almost cancelled our excursions. The house was spacious so our extended family of nine ( including a baby) had plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked we ended up cooking most nights together. They had a wonderful woman, Yolanda, who came in every day to tidy up after us. After the first day any uncomfortable feelings I had about it disappeared. This will be a property we return to, simply beautiful!

Stay for the outside space, not the house itself

The house itself is in need of renovation or repairs in certain places. Out of 7 days, showering twice per day, I had a total of 3 hot showers. The other times, the water was ambient temperature at best. Hot showers seemed to only be experienced in the afternoon by all our guests. In the room with the 2 queen beds, the paint is literally peeling off the wall because it's so damp. The room smelled musty and damp. The air-conditioner in one of the other queen bedrooms dripped water on the bed so only one person could sleep on the "dry" side of the bed. The dishwasher did not work. At first, it leaked bubbles out of the side and then it stopped draining completely. The kitchen counters were not clean and had a lot of food in the gaps between the pieces of granite which could not be removed by wiping them. There is a housekeeper listed but the lady didn't do anything except empty the trash cans in the kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of pot, pans, plates and glasses. All guests said that the beds were very comfortable (except the sofa bed). The linens were clean and soft. This property has beautiful grounds, pool and private beach cove. The staircase down to the beach is wooden and in need of repair in some places - the owners state that you use the stairs at your own risk. Once on the beach, it is beautiful. The waves can get rough but it is a wonderful place to hang out. The single best thing about this house (other than the view and cove) was the private chef that can be hired. This lady was absolutely fabulous. The food she cooked (2 dinners, 3 breakfasts) was delicious and beautifully presented. If you are expecting "luxury" accommodation in comparison to luxury houses in USA, you will be disappointed. However, it might be luxury for Puerto Rico.

Home was amazing! Just as described & pictures didn’t do it justice! Private beach literally in your back yard, pool was nice & the sunsets were stunning!!!! Home is very clean, well stocked kitchen & grilling area, both have all you need to not leave the home! Check in & out process was easy and fast, very helpful every step of the way! Last minute, literally day prior we decided we wanted a private chef to come in and do breakfast. The chef definitely had every single one of us enjoying every bite! Housekeeping daily & pool Service as well -kept home well maintained & the entire staff was friendly. Showers were definitely an adjustment, cold showers due to solar system set up, but after a long day out, the cool water helped! AC in all the rooms kept us within our comfort zone & sleeping was nice an cool! Definitely a home I will be sharing with friends and family when visiting Puerto Rico!

Inspired by their travels & the beauty of Aguadilla, Alberto’s hometown, they decided to develop a company that invited others to experience the same beauty that led them to establish a life and family in Puerto Rico.

Although they lived in San Juan with their two kids, a lot of their time was spent driving out to Aguadilla to visit Alberto's family. Aguadilla became a big part of Shannon's life and eventually the Cordero’s second home.

With Shannon's and Alberto´s vision and impeccable taste, they have built and designed beautiful properties and develop an eco-conscious beach bar at Crash Boat Beach. Today Villa Carambola, Villa Flamboyan, Cocoloba, and Cocoloba Beach Bar provide unique experiences on the west coast of Puerto Rico for travelers from all over the world to enjoy!

We purchased Villa Carambola (also in VRBO) in 2011 and we love the place so much that when the property next door became available for sale we decided to purchase it. We have named it Villa Flamboyan because of the beautiful Flamboyan tree you can see from the pool.

Aguadilla Puerto Rico is an island vacation dream location. The house is located approximately 20 minutes from the local airport where flights arrive daily from US cities such as Newark and Orlando/Ft. Lauderdale. The area includes an 18 hole golf course, snorkeling and scuba diving hot spots, tranquil seas perfect for paddle boarding, and plenty of great restaurants featuring both local and international cuisine. Aguadilla is only 30 minutes from Rincon and 20 minutes from Isabela, these three cities have the best surfing in the island. This house is designed for vacationers who want either plenty of activity or peace and quiet, it's entirely up to you! The infinity pool is a combination of a 30 foot pool that ranges between 3.5 feet to 6 feet deep and is perfect for early morning laps.
