The Space
Our cozy mountain home is designed to bring the outdoors in. The wrap-around deck is perfect for soaking up the fresh alpine air, sipping morning coffee by the river, or stargazing at night. Inside, the sunlit Great Room features soaring ceilings, a wall of windows, and panoramic views of the river and surrounding wilderness.
Each bedroom offers its own stunning view—from mossy rock formations and towering pines to sun-dappled aspens—making every morning a serene experience. Relax by the fireplace with a puzzle or good book, enjoy a warm drink in the spring sunshine, or unwind to the calming sounds of the river and birdsong.
Outdoor Oasis
Step out to the secluded back patio and immerse yourself in nature. Spot playful wildlife, listen to birdsong, and bask in the warmth of spring sunbeams filtering through the trees. In the evenings, gather outdoors for stargazing under the mountain sky.

Just steps from your door, the Big Thompson River offers excellent spring fly fishing. Guest Access
Guests have full access to the home (excluding a utility room beneath the house). The third bedroom is an open loft with a full-size bed, creating a cozy nook for rest. Additional sleeping options include a sleeper sofa in the living room, a futon in the master bedroom, and a pack ’n play—comfortably accommodating up to five extra guests.
