There are over 100 000 precious and semi precious gemstones on display in this penthouse as it overlooks the famous Cape Town Kitebeach. With the biggest balcony-deck along this beachfront, this 12th floor, double volumed, serviced Penthouse is luxury living (back up power to lifts and apartment). All 3 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms.
The unit boasts an extensive enclosed patio and a spacious outside balcony over looking the sea, making your inside and outside living truly unique.
The Space:
The penthouse showcases over 100 000 precious and semi precious gemstones (Emeralds, Sapphires, Garnets, Tourmaline, Aquamarine and so many more!) inviting you on a journey of beauty and prestige. The owner shares his personal stone collection of precious cut stones and rough gemstones.

3rd Bedroom (Ensuite) - King Bed or 2 x singles (all extra length)
All bedrooms have massive marble headboards and sculptured stones, staying here is more of an experience than just a place to sleep.
With curated art, modern styled furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen, you won't need anything else to ensure a luxurious and special experience.
Guest Access:
You have private access to the whole apartment and outside balconies, and require special elevator tags to access the 12th floor giving you added privacy and security.
The unit comes with 2 underground secure parking bays.
The Neighborhood:
The Portico Building has the famous Bootleggers Coffee shop located in the building, as well as Jerry's Burgers on the 1st floor.
You will be in the center of the famous Table View restaurant district with over 30 restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores all within a 100 meter walking distance from your unit. Whether you want to cook in, eat out, or order in.. everything is made easy and simple for you.
Getting Around:
The Portico Building is located right in the center of the famous Table View restaurant district with over 30 restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores all within a 100 meter walking distance.
With Table View being just a 35 minute ride from the Cape Town international Airport, and a 30 minute ride into the city center and waterfront, is a great place to base your stay in Cape Town.
Close to the Northern Suburb wine farms, or close to the main arterial roadways, getting around will be easy and manageable.
There is even a car hire office just 50 meters from the building!
Other Things to Note:
- The building has back up power to the lifts, and the unit has advanced back up inverters. You wont even know if it's load shedding time or not.
- Every 2 days we also offer you complimentary refresher cleans for the kitchens and bathrooms ensuring your stay is luxurious and hassle free. Just let us know which days our cleaners can come in.
