The heart of the home features a fully equipped kitchen, ready for culinary adventures, from morning coffee to gourmet dinners. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room offers a cozy spot to unwind, equipped with a TV and a record player for music enthusiasts to enjoy their favorite vinyl sounds.

There are 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, featuring plush king and queen beds, ensuring restful nights for all guests, as well as 2 bathrooms. The unique "blue room" serves as a versatile space, combining entertainment and functionality; it houses an old-school Pac-Man arcade, a large TV for movie nights, and a work desk for those needing to stay connected. The daybed and giant couch transform into additional sleeping spaces, accommodating everyone comfortably.

This property was amazing. My husband, myself, daughter in law and 2 grandsons stayed a week. We had many visits from my daughter and family. The game room was perfect and gave us space to spread out. The outdoor pool area was welcoming and good for the kids ranging from 3-6 yrs old. The kitchen provided everything we needed for meals and the location was excellent! The beds were super comfortable and each room was made to feel like home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. Thank you for every detail you provided us!

Magnificent house

This house had everything a family could need and then some! The host was very responsive. We even enjoyed looking at the photography and painting. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outside veranda with comfy couches, TV and gas heater! Most important - the beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you for thinking of everything!

Great stay.

The house was nice and had everything we needed and the converted garage was amazing. Giant tv, ample lounging space, and the arcade was great for me and the kids. Would stay again 10/10.

Great stay. Bequtiful home. Downside was neighbors complained within 1 hour of arriving about music being played by the pool and the pool was cloudy by the end of our stay. It was scheduled to be cleaned on Wednesday during our stay but it was not cleaned. Overall a great stay and I would recommend others to stay there pending they can obey noise control stay. enjoyes

Mini Girls Trip

The property was just as listed. Super cute house with perfect set up indoors and outdoors! Hot tub was not working the first night. I reached out to property host to troubleshoot and he was very responsive. He had a technician out the next day. Technicians were very professional as we were already in the pool. After a few hours, the problem was fixed and he took the time to show us how to power it up for that evening. Hot tub worked great and was a perfect way to spend our last evening. We will book this property again!

Resort style getaway

Nice, quiet neighborhood with quick and easy access to downtown Austin, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park. Pool/spa worked well and the patio was very well maintained. Deifinitely recommend for anyone looking to visit Austin.
