ABOUT Maui Kamaole K206
Maui Kamaole K206 is perfect for two couples or a family. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with super-comfortable beds and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Located on the second floor of the K cluster at Maui Kamaole, there is a lovely and quiet garden view from the main lanai. You will be steps from the beautiful upper pool and spa. Because it is an end unit, you will enjoy extra windows for a light, bright ambiance, and great views. With three lanais, one for each bedroom plus the main lanai adjacent to the living room, there is plenty of opportunity for outdoor living.

When you go indoors there are three flat-screen HD Smart TVs, independent air conditioning units, and ceiling fans for each bedroom and the living room. The master bedroom suite, with a king-size bed, occupies the entire second-floor loft with a spacious bathroom and plenty of closet space. The main floor second bedroom has a queen-size bed with plenty of closet space and a separate lanai. The living room has a pull-out queen-size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. Family-friendly with a portable crib, high chair, and pack-n-play provided.

Maui Kamaole K206 is an easy walk to 4 of the best beaches in the world and a short drive to 5 world-class golf courses. Restaurants are varied and plentiful (many are an easy walk), but for you gourmet chefs, our home has a fully equipped kitchen with all of the cookware needed to prepare great meals using locally sourced ingredients.

Comfortable Maui

Maui Kamaole is well maintained resort with tropical ambiance. The unit has lots of light and the patio is open to the sky. Orientation of unit to the sun was good for January. Beds and sofa were comfortable. We enjoy the nice pools, although we spend most of our time at the beach which are a short drive away.

Family Trip

Had 5 units in complex. This unit very nice. Very well stocked. Beach items a bonus. Location to all beaches and shopping, food, entertainment a plus. The BBQ areas and pool nice. Only comment is quiet time at pool is 6-9 pm so even after a full day at the beach kids like to have fun at the pool and that rule and enforcement was challenging for 6-10 year olds…as some cranky adults made a fuss.. Loved the unit. We hope to be back soon. Owner and check in easy.

Maui Kamaole K206 - Shaka Shaka

My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay earlier this month. The condo was spacious, beautiful and conveniently located. We enjoyed Kam 3 beach across the street as well as other nice beaches to the south. It was also easy to get to Pa'ia and the Road to Hana. The owner, Mike, was very helpful and responsive both in advance of and during our stay. We appreciated that some food-related items were available in the pantry. A highlight of the trip was driving up Haleakala not only for sunset but also for the stargazing, an amazing full moon rise over the crater and then looking down at the moonlight glistening on the ocean.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. This was our second time staying in the Maui Kamaole complex. Mike was helpful and responsive. We appreciated the extra few hours for a late check out on the day we left. We had a 12 night stay and felt quite settled and at home throughout the trip. The grounds and pool area were beautiful and well maintained. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and did most of our cooking at the condo. The dishwasher and laundry machines also worked very well. The unit was quiet, secure, and spacious. It was nice to have access to a wagon and beach supplies. Overall, we were happy, but there were a few areas that could use more attention. Both tub and shower floors had a lot of scum and needed a good scrub. Some of the bedside tables were quite worn and water stained, along with the outside door of the fridge. The carpets were also somewhat stained in areas. The cordless phones would not connect to a dial tone, so we were not able to make local calls. We did enjoy our stay and you can't beat this location in Kihei!

Wonderful Stay in Kihei

Mike's condo is in a great location close to Wailea and the Kamaole beaches. The Maui Kamaole grounds are so beautiful with lush greenery and flowers surrounding the property. We loved the upper pool and it was fantastic for kids as the whole pool was shallow. Mike had a great selection of beach supplies including a wagon which made transportation down to the beach easy with kids. He also provided a pack and play as well as a high chair for our baby which was greatly appreciated! The unit itself is a loft but still worked well with a family with a 2.5 and 1 year old. The kitchen is well equipped - we cooked almost every meal and had everything we needed. We love Maui and can't wait to come back.

Wonderful location and so family friendly

The location of this condo is perfection! So close to kid friendly (and turtle loving adults) beaches. The property came with so many beach accessories, I didn’t have to worry about anything. The pool was also super close and again, very kid friendly. We could still walk to shops and the beach. This was hands down the easiest and calmest vacation I’ve organized thanks to Mike! Would 100% recommend to others and stay again.

Wonderful location, wonderful stay

We stayed at this apartment for 3 weeks as part of a family vacation. It’s absolutely lovely and it’s well equipped. The owner had arranged for there to be a high chair and bed for our little kid, and there is ample beach stuff! Check in and out was super easy and the property manager who was there for us all along was super helpful and responsive. Maui Kamaole is our fav resourt on the island (it’s our second time there). It’s a comfortable walking distance to the beach, dinning, shops; and it’s a super quick ride to Wailea one could even walk it. The upper pool at Maui Kamaole is so incredible, it’s a little oasis. My kids who don’t swim yet had a blast (it’s only max 4’ deep), and we loved to lounge around while they played safely. The BBQs all around are really well cared for and so we were able to have multiple meals outside. Overall- awesome stay! Wish it never ended!

Great Condo

Relaxing place to stay during our vacation. The only thing I would change is if they had a working vacuum cleaner. We were there for 9 nights and it would have been nice to clean up a little during our stay.

5 star review before I even walked into property

Mike was absolutely fantastic! With the uncertainty of covid, testing, and our flights changing he was extremely flexible. That flexibility allowed us to actually go on a vacation without worrying about loosing the deposit. The unit is great. I have 3 boys so there was more then enough space. Has everything you need for the beach, 3 umbrellas, 5 chairs, towels. We are very happy and hope to go again!

Amazing Maui Kamaole

Amazing beautiful grounds of The Maui Kamaole with a gorgeous pool just steps away. The access to the beach is helped out with a sturdy wagon to transport everything needed for a day at the beach as the Condo is located at the back of the complex. The Condo is bright and large and offered everything we required. It could use a freshen up to become 5 Stars. Mike Harrigan (owner) was so thorough with providing awesome instructions, details and information needed to make our stay easy and stress free. Thank you for making our Maui Experience so Wonderful! Great location, close to beach!

Pool and hot tub steps away from room, waking distance to yummy restaurants and so close to beach to watch sunset. Air conditioner worked great, used the umbrellas and beach chairs provided. Fit 6 adults comfortably. Can't wait to come back!

The best condo I have stayed at on Maui

The condo was better in person than in the photos. It had the best views I have ever had in Maui with views of the garden, West Maui mountains and ocean off the back lanai. A fabulous ocean view from the master bedroom where you can watch the sunset if you don't feel like walking down. And Haleakala off the front lanai. The condo was clean and very comfortable to stay in. We have an 8 month old and the condo is so close to the waterfall pool that our baby monitor had signal at the pool which was awesome! Mike is awesome to work with! My best experience on Maui. He was accommodating to all our needs and answered all my questions, which were many! I would definitely recommend this condo for your stay on Maui not only for how awesome the condo is but more so how great Mike is to communicate with. His responses are always prompt and thorough. A couple days before we arrived Mike let us know that the roof was going to be re-done while we were staying at the condo. It was supposed to be finished before we arrived but there were delays. He offered us a full refund or 5 free nights (the total number of days the roof was being redone). We were committed to going already so we opted for the 5 free nights and so glad we did! While it wasn't ideal to be in the midst of construction on our holiday, the refund was much appreciated and the roofing crew was super friendly and professional. :) The location is awesome. I loved the corner lot and all the sunlight that poured in through the day. The BBQ area is super close - right beside the condo. The waterfall pool is right out the back. Kam 3 beach is a short 10 minute walk (or less). The boat launch area was awesome for launching my paddleboard as it was calm every time. The little beach to the right of the boat launch is perfect for babies with lots of shade and calm waters. The beach on the left side of the boat launch often has turtles napping on the beach in the afternoon. My husband and sister walked down to catch a boat ride to Molokini one morning to go snorkeling. Amazing location, comfortable and beautiful condo, great owner! I would definitely recommend!

Perfect Location, Great Condo!

The property was very well maintained, we had a BBQ area right outside out condo which was very convenient as we used it a couple time and the pool was also just steps from the room which was a big plus. The walk to the beach is not long just a good hike coming back up the hill but very doable. We were able to see the sunset every night from our bedroom window. I would definitely rent this unit again if I went back to Maui. The owners were great to work with and responded quite quickly to all my messages even prior to my arrival.

Good for Slowing Down

The facility suited our group of 4 (two adult couples) perfectly. While we were at a slow leisurely pace, there is the beach in walking distance and a great pool for plenty of things to do for those wanting to be more active. And the property is well stocked with equipment for the beach. We cooked meal in a few times and found the kitchen well stocker. We would come back without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our time in Kihei. The house provided lots of extras to make our stay especially enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean.

Perfect place to relax.

Location is fantastic. Very close to the beach (walking distance) and a peaceful stay. All the amenities you need. Everything is neat and clean. We loved our stay. Thank you so much for offering your lovely condo as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We highly recommend it.

Met our needs perfectly

Our stay was great. The property was clean, close to a nice pool and the beach, and had what we needed to enjoy our time in Kihei with our toddler. Something that set this stay apart was how wonderfully accommodating and responsive Mike was. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for our 2 year old and even purchased new things for the condo to meet our needs like a wagon for the beach. I also appreciated the ease of check in and checkout, especially how you didn't have to worry about a long to do list on your last morning there. If you're looking for a straightforward place and a great owner then this is it.

Excellent Stay

The property was clean, well furnished, and loaded with amenities for our stay as well as beach excursions. Mike (owner) was super responsive with any questions and offered suggestions (such as nearby grocery store etc.). We really enjoyed our time there and the condo is ideally situated to great beaches. I would recommend the property.
