Our home is just 3 blocks from the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved bike path that stretches all along 30A, allowing you to explore South Walton’s unique beach towns at your leisure.

Grayton Beach State Park is renowned for its three Coastal Dune Lakes, a natural wonder found in only a few other places in the world. These mesmerizing dune lakes are surrounded by lush vegetation and exude a serene, peaceful vibe, attracting outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. Visitors can rent canoes and kayaks through the ranger station, and we recommend calling ahead to reserve. Additionally, paddleboards are available for rent at many of the local rental shops nearby, offering another fun way to explore the beauty of the dune lakes.

HOUSE RULES:
- No parties allowed.
- We ask for a separate rental agreement to be signed after booking. The signor and responsible party must be a minimum of 25.
- We will accept small-medium, non-shedding dogs on a case-by-case basis for a $100 pet fee.
- We place a $300 security damage deposit "hold" on your credit card 3 days before your stay. The hold will be released 5 days after your departure if no damages have incurred.
