Also, Eric (condo owner) is the President of the HOA Board at CBC! We take great pride in our property and that of the entire CBC complex. We are always available, always responsive, and will ensure your vacation experience is the best ever.

Crescent Beach Club 10D in Clearwater, FL. Know where you are vacationing, not all 2 bedrooms in CBC are equal; B unit is very small with second bedroom window looking into hallway; F unit is smaller than D with kitchen windows looking into hallway, neither have balconies on the intercoastal.

NOTE: Owner of this property has severe allergies which prohibit the accommodation of service or emotional support animals from staying at this property.

Welcome to Our Better Place, your premium 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath beachfront oasis with multiple balconies overlooking BOTH the Gulf of Mexico and Intercoastal Waterways!!! This spacious 1,570 square feet condo is situated right on Sand Key, which is a secluded, peaceful paradise nestled just south of Clearwater Beach. If you are cross-shopping a 2-bedroom B or F unit in CBC, know that those units are smaller and do not have balconies or views of the Intercoastal. This spacious D unit spans the building east to west providing you with three separate 10th floor balconies and views to watch the sunrise and sunset from within your condo. Retreat to the master bedroom which boasts a private balcony overlooking the aqua waters of the Gulf of Mexico!! The master bedroom also has a desk and workspace with monitor, a king bed, ensuite bathroom and custom built walk in closet. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub. The second bedroom includes 2 full size beds, private balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterways, an ensuite bathroom with a water view and a custom walk-in closet. This condo also comes equipped with a 1/2 bath off the hallway, dining area, fully stocked kitchen with breakfast nook, and a washer and dryer!
When you stay at CBC 10D, you will be ready for fun as you will have tennis racquets and balls, boogie board, pickle ball paddles and balls, skim board, noodles, binoculars, and 6 beach chairs located in the beach chair room downstairs!!! Vacationing at Crescent Beach Club is living like royalty - featuring upscale amenities such as a private beach, heated oceanfront pool and spa, gated complex with security, covered parking, tennis/pickle ball courts, saunas, steam rooms, club room, library, billiards, fitness center, and BBQ grills. Owners took over management of this beach condo previously managed by a vacation rental company. Why? Because we want to reduce the fees to our valued customers and be the first line of contact. This Beach Condo has been a vacation rental since November of 2022, it has been regularly booked, and has continuously received the highest star ratings. Our condo was the perfect coastal vibe for our vacation! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were friendly and super helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable for our group of 4. The living/dining was spacious enough for family dinner with guests. The kitchen was stocked with coffee makers and every appliance/utensil/serve ware you could imagine. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella all available to use. Evening sunsets were spectacular viewed from our balcony overlooking the beach! Thank you for sharing the best beach condo with us!!

Crescent Beach Club is located on Sand Key, which is a peaceful paradise nestled just south of Clearwater Beach. It is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous shops and restaurants. 
This community is ideally located and close to everything:
Downtown Clearwater, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses, water sports, boat rentals and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) or the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area.

Perfect Vacation

Our Better Place! CBC 1-10D was the perfect condo for our vacation. The condo had everything we needed. The lanai furniture was comfortable. The linens exceeded expectations. The condo amenities were excellent and clean. Sue was very helpful and available for all of our questions. The views are some of the most beautiful we’ve experienced in Florida. Having a view of the sunrise and sunset was a first for us. We would lease this condo again in the future.

Perfect dream vacation

We absolutely loved this place. It’s the perfect location if you don’t want crowded beaches but close enough to lots of activities. The shell finding is amazing and the most beautiful sunsets. The condo was perfect for our family and loved the views. The hosts Sue and Eric were great at communication and very helpful and make sure you have all the information about anything you need to know. They really make sure you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We loved the binoculars, games, beach accessories and all the little things they provide in their condo. We have stayed at many places but this was our favorite by far and the best hosts we have ever had. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place.

We love both the property and the area. At CBC you will find every amenity you need to feel like you are at a resort vacation. From the recently updated work out facilities to the tennis courts, pool and spas, you'll have plenty of options to keep you entertained. Just over the bridge to the north awaits the modern feel and tourist destination of Clearwater Beach., with its world famous beaches, Pier 60 and fabulous eateries. To the south of Sand Key you find the beachy vibe of communities like Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island. Lots to get out and experience, but the oasis remains at CBC on Sand Key. A couple miles of pristine beach line in a very private setting. Take a long beach walk or relax undisturbed at the shore line. Very unique and private, which we love.

Why a D unit? D has no hallway in front of any windows like B, F and C units. Private balconies on both the Gulf/ocean and intercoastal, B, F and C do not have direct views or private balconies on the intercoastal.
Why CBC Building 1 vs 2? Building 1 pool has sun most of the day while Building 2 pool is shaded most of the day. Also with the new key fob and security system residents/guests in Building 2 do not have access to Building 1's pool.

The design of the D unit is such that both large bedrooms have double sliding glass doors with direct access to your private balcony. One on the east (full intercoastal view with sunrise) and one on the west (full ocean view with sunset). There are an abundance of smaller 2 bedrooms (B units) where the second bedroom has a small window to the hallway where others can see into the bedroom. The 2 bedroom F unit is also smaller and the kitchen windows are right in the common hallway where people go back and forth to their entry doors. With a D unit you have complete privacy with no walkway in front of your condo, no one can look into your windows.

Now on to the VIEWS from within this condo, from the kitchen, the dining table, the breakfast table, any bed, you will be able to see the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets you can ever imagine. The placement of CBC Building 1 and this condo location faces straight west and east. If you are looking at a condo in CBC Building 2, the building faces north west and some condos do not get direct sunset views. Also the pool stays shaded for a great part of the day at building 2 and guests from building 2 do not have access to building 1 pool.

Added bonus, you can occasionally see dolphins and manatees swimming in the warm gulf waters.
