Welcome to Sea Ya Soon, a lovely 1 bedroom condo at the Victorian complex that welcomes up to 6 guests - a rare find with a full suite of kitchen appliances at the Victorian complex on Seawall that also has a walk-in shower! Soothing and inviting - you've found THE ONE you have been looking for! 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis court, fitness center and across Seawall from Babe's Beach, close to shopping and eateries, too!

The Victorian complex has so very much to offer - and every condo is different / unique - equipped, furnished and decorted to the owner's personal tastes and this one is so welcoming and inviting it'll be the place you want to be - it overlooks 1 of the 2 pools,has amazing views to the gulf of Mexico, furnished for your comfort but also your vacationing enjoyment with everything you could need at your fingertips from cookware to dinnerware, bedding to furniture ---- we want you to feel right at home and say "See ya AGAIN soon" before you leave - you'll be making plans for your next trip - so Sea Ya Again Soon!

2 pools (both heated in the off-season), 2 hot tubs, fitness room, tennis court (you can borrow rackets from the front office), picnic / grilling areas - even a fish cleaning station. Visiting Galveston for one of the many comepetetive events hosted here? Cheer, dance, sports tournaments or conferences? Why squeeze into a tiny hotel room when your entire group could stay in their own condos and enjoy "together time" at the pools, hot tubs, etc. instead!

What's included: Bed linens for all beds, one bath, hand and wash cloth for each guest that the unit welcomes. We do not provide beach/pool towels and we do ask that our towels not be removed from the condo and taken to the beach or pool. They can get damaged or lost.

Starter supplies: 2 rolls of 2-ply, quilted toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a dishwasher tablet, small dishwashing liquid, sponge, 2 small soaps, 2 small shampoos, trash bag, and coffee including sweeteners, stir sticks, powdered creamer to make that first pot. These are intended to get you started while you make your list and decide where to shop (there is a WalMart, Kroger, Randall's, Arlan's and Target on the island, as well as many mom & pop grocery stores.
The Victorian charges a parking/resort/amenity fees. This is not a charge from My Galveston Getaway and is paid directly to the complex upon your arrival. They will issue a parking permit and may issue wristbands that identify guests who are authorized at the complex. They will also provide guests with the codes for the gates to enter the property - both drive-through and walk through, pools, hot tubs, fitness center and the WiFi code which is changed monthly. It is a complex-wide WiFi system.

The Victorian complex does not allow renters to have a pet – so if you travel with Fido or Fifi – please check out the other My Galveston Getaway managed properties that ARE dog friendly. While true service animals are an exception – you very well may be asked by the complex to provide the verification. For short term rental/vacation purposes – emotional support animals are not considered true support animals and we are unable to make exceptions to a rule that is in place and enforced by a complex in which we manage condos. Kindly be respectful. All properties managed by My Galveston Getaway are 100% non-smoking/non-vaping properties.

After making your reservation you will receive a link to complete our renters agreement. The only information we request differently than the booking platforms (VRBO/AirBnB) is your personal email address, the names and ages of each person who will be in the property during your stay, and your driver’s license information as well as an emergency contact should we need to reach someone on your behalf. Thank you for completing this in a timely manner so that we may send you the check-in instructions for the property you have reserved.
