Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles.

Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.

We absolutely loved the house, the location and the proximity to the beach. Our check-in was so easy. The house was beautifully renovated and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. I brought my own sound machine to find that each room contained its own. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, for optimal sleeping. It was so nice to walk a few steps out to the pool and hot tub, if we didn’t want to go to the beach. The golf cart was an added bonus and a great way to get around Destin. The owners online guide was full of information about the house and the surrounding area and was greatly appreciated. To say they thought of everything was an understatement. We would book this house again if we returned to Destin.

Everyone in the family loved this house. Very pretty and very clean. Two small children and the 3rd floor bedroom worked well for them. The beds were all comfortable. This is a wonderful property. We had the best time here. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the porches and the pool and hot tub. Absolutely Amazing!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would! This house was one of the most beautiful VRBO's we've stayed in, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking. Robert and Kourtney were fabulous hosts and answered our every need - within minutes. Everything we needed was there from paper towels and toilet paper, to trash bags, soaps, bath items, laundry supplies ... the list goes on. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some; the bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfy. The boys loved the upstairs - it was so cute and perfect for kids. We loved every detail and everything about this house and will definitely look to book again when we come back to the area.

Loved this house

Loved everything about this property. We only cooked a few times because the restaurants are so good but had everything we needed! The kids loved having their own floor upstairs. The pool and hot tub were great! Used the hot tub a lot more as there was a chilly spell while we visited. A fuse in the furnace went out and they had someone there to look at it within 15 minutes! Great service!

We traveled with two families and the house could not have been more perfect. Everyone had space to spread out. The outdoor space was also plentiful. The pool was a nice size to host our family Olympic game night. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, glasses, dinnerware, pots & pans. The beach chairs and pool toys were nice to have, as well as the outdoor shower. Easy checkin and check out. Super responsive hosts. This home was the perfect place to make family memories.

What a beautiful place in a fantastic neighborhood.The children loved the pool and the upstairs room for the kids was more than we hope for. They truly thought of everything with this place. The Best Place to stay at Destin Beach

The Art of the Beach was an Amazing Place to stay with our adult family. Had the cutest place for littles if you need. The house was spotless! Pool is wonderful. Great place to stay!

The house was perfect and felt like it was almost brand new. The pool/spa was wonderful especially with the heater since the weather was a little cooler than expected. Even though we didn't use the top level of the house, it would be great for families with young kids. Robert was very responsive and super friendly. He even had Crumbl cookies delivered to the house on a rainy day when we couldn't go to the beach. Overall, an A+ experience! If we're ever back in Destin, this will be the place to stay.
