THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).
-Top Bunk meant for child only.
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Beach. Some airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-5:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-Like many homes in Mission Beach, parking spaces are tight. To avoid surprises, please be sure your vehicles will fit in the carport before booking.
-This home is the lower half of a duplex. Sleeping areas do not share a wall with the upstairs unit.
ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
PARKING
Home has a 2-Car Tandem carport. There is limited additional public street parking and public parking lots a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
