The Space:
Escape to our stunning Waterside Paradise, where coastal living meets ultimate relaxation! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath pool home is perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway. With a private dock available for your boat or jet ski, your aquatic adventures await just outside your doorstep. Imagine soaking up the sun while lounging by the pool, surrounded by swaying palms, or firing up the grill for an outdoor feast with loved ones.

Inside, the property boasts light-filled spaces perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The expansive living room features a 65" flat-screen smart TV, ideal for movie nights or sports events. Enjoy some friendly competition with the foosball table or catch up on work with the convenient office desk. The large modern kitchen includes both a dining table and an island seating area that accommodates 8-10 people, complete with a wine cooler to store your favorite beverages.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is your private haven, featuring a luxurious king-size bed and plenty of space to relax.

Guest Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 2 features a bunk bed designed for comfort, including a twin-size topper and a full-size bottom bed, with a smart TV for entertainment, sleeping up to 3 guests.
- Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a smart TV, accommodating 2 guests.
- Bedroom 4 also offers a cozy queen-size bed for another 2 guests.

Amenities:
This home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay. New to the Area?
If you love nature and the outdoors, Palm Coast is for you. This laid-back beachside community is located between historic St. Augustine and world-famous Daytona Beach and there’s plenty to see and do. Within 15 miles you’ll find Marineland, one of Florida's first marine mammal parks, and billed as "the world's first oceanarium", and Washington Oaks State Park known for its unique shoreline of coquina rock formations along the Atlantic Ocean. Check out nearby Long Creek Nature Preserve by canoe or kayak and be sure to visit one of several small beach accesses that feature cinnamon-colored sand and coquina rock only found in this area of Florida.

Bring your boat or rent one and enjoy a relaxing boat ride through the maze of almost 70 miles of salt and freshwater canals, or fish on the ICW/Matanzas River easily accessed from our home. In either case, you’re likely to see dolphins or even manatees along the way.

If you like to jog, walk or bike, this area abounds with over 130 miles of nature trails throughout the city and along the river.

For golf enthusiasts, the area offers several great public golf courses and many private ones that offer seasonal memberships.

For the children (dogs and adults), besides our beautiful beaches, James Holland Memorial Park features a play area with slides, bridges and ladders, a climbing wall, a zip line, an archeological digging area, sandpit, and treehouse. There’s even a dog park, covered pavilions, and courts galore: tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball, sand volleyball and horseshoe pits.

Flagler Beach is about 20 minutes south on A1A and is the county’s ‘beach town’ with ocean view restaurants and shopping.

History lovers will love visiting historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in America, just a quick 25 miles north. The city has a European flavor, with centuries-old buildings, horse-drawn carriages, hidden courtyards, forts and of course the Fountain of Youth. History not your thing, then hang out at St. Augustine Beach where you’ll find beautiful white sandy beaches with lots of shopping and restaurants. About the same distance south, you can drive on the beach at World-famous Daytona Beach.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Salt water canal front home located in a beautiful family neighborhood. Nice and quiet. Close to miles of walking and biking trails and only minutes to the beach. 5 min drove to popular European Village with lots of restaurants and small shops and nightly entertainment.
