This two bedroom two bathroom home is in a great neighborhood that's walking distance to the sands of Indian Rocks Beach, has a private yard, private heated/chilled pool and beautiful water views. Home sits directly on the Intracoastal. The outdoor living space is a great addition to the home and has a sitting area, TV, ceiling fan and gas grill.

Upon entering the home you see right to the pool and Intracoastal water! The living room and dining room are at the center of the home. Living room has a sofa, loveseat, TV and ceiling fan.

The dining room has a six top dining table and sits near the large sliding doors that lead to the outdoor living area and pool. You can catch some great views while dining whether you are inside or outside.

The kitchen also has great views and is fully stocked with quality cookware, bakeware, all major kitchen appliances and a dishwasher. Breakfast bar has three stools to allow for more options.

Full size washer and dryer are off the kitchen as well as a full bathroom with toilet, vanity and stand up tiled shower.

On the opposite side of the home from the kitchen and laundry area you will find the two bedrooms and second full bathroom.

Master bedroom has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, dresser and window with water views.

Guest bedroom also has a King sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, dresser and closet.

The second full bathroom has a nice vanity, toilet and a shower with tub combination. The bathroom is in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

The outdoor living space has a sitting area, TV, ceiling fan and gas grill that all overlook the private heated and chilled pool. The yard is fenced, has three pool loungers and a dock that leads out onto the water.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
​​​​​​​6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

This unit provides 2 parking spaces.

The quaint town of Indian Rocks has a nice array of local restaurants, retail and sweet shops. The home is walking distance to Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, Beach shop and salon. There is also Kolb Park with a playground, sports field, tennis court and skate park. The Indian Rocks Library is also within walking distance.

The surrounding area also has many sights to see, some of these include: John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, aquariums, multiple pro athletic arenas, children's museums, outlet malls, Dinosaur World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Crayola World and Disney World.
