Nestled in residential Cocoa Beach you will find our sparkling clean, comfortable 2 bedroom home. With a totally private fenced in yard, you can enjoy the warm Florida sunshine while grilling out with your family & friends.

Bringing your furry friends? They will love the ability to roam free in the yard while hanging out with their loved ones (pet fees apply: $50/pet, $75 for 2 pets). The beach is pet friendly during the posted hours of 6am-10am and 4pm-7pm.

☀️Parking is right in front of the bungalow and there is space for 2 vehicles.

Jump on your bike and head into town only 1 mile down the road or walk the beach and listen to the ocean waves as you get ready to enjoy one of the many excellent restaurants cocoa beach has to offer. We highly recommend coconuts on the beach for stellar views and delicious food (try their bang bang shrimp!)

We have stocked the bungalow with all the vacation necessities from the fully stocked kitchen to the provided toiletries. We stock enough TP and paper towel to get your trip started but you may need to make a quick trip to the local grocery store located just a short drive down the road or order delivery to have all you need waiting for you upon arrival!
Aside from the excellent proximity to the beach we are also only a couple of blocks from the banana inlet. The banana inlet provides for some excellent water activities such as paddle boarding or kayaking through the mangroves where you are likely to see manatee and dolphins. Cocoa beach is located on the space coast, you might be able to catch nasa launches on the beach! We recommend grabbing breakfast by the cruise port to watch the ships come in and out, putting a round of mini-golf or booking a deep sea fishing charter. There are so many activities to keep you busy! Of course, cocoa beach is also a prime spot for a quiet relaxing beach vacation.

Ways to get around: by foot, bike, tiki trolley or car!

A few things to note:
This is unit A - Lawn service comes on Tuesdays between 9-11am for approximately 30 minutes
Parking is in the grass in front of the gate
There are security cameras on the property facing the gate entry and the front door only. This is for the safety of the guests and host.
Upon booking we will request an email address to send the rental contract and a copy of your state issued ID. These items must be returned within 48 hours of booking.

Pet information: There is a monetary penalty of $50 if dog waste is not picked up. Please keep animals off the furniture and beds. Pet owners are liable for any and all damage done by pets. Pet fee is $50 for one, $75 for two. If pets are not disclosed & paid for, there will be a fee of $100 per pet.

A good cause: This vacation home helps support 55 orphan children as well as a horse and dog rescue, all located in Guatemala. Funds are used to provide necessities: shoes, clothing and medical.
