Amazing Island Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at Coral Breeze B and we absolutely love it. It feels like our second home. We’re going to make it an annual thing! Such a perfectly sized place. Quiet neighborhood. The pool is beautiful. Comfortable beds. And the place was spotless both times. Although we barely spend any time inside because the back yard is so amazing with multiple seating areas and then the two minute walk to the most beautiful beach just can’t be beat! So many delicious restaurants nearby but we also enjoyed grilling out back a few nights. The property managers are great. Quick to respond. We ran out of propane and someone was there in less than two hours to change it! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and the box in the carport has just about everything you need for a fun day at the beach. I can’t say enough about this wonderful, cozy home away from home!

Highly recommended

This place was everything as described here -- and more. It was centrally located, an easy walk to the beach, a short drive to Publix and various restaurants. Everything necessary to a comfortable stay was provided. The pool and the deck were beyond beautiful, and provided a wonderful place to hang out and relax. We spent a week here and feel we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect beach cottage! It is clean and decorated perfectly! The covered back porch is a perfect place to sit on the occasional rainy day. The walk to the beach is short and easy. It was a nice surprise to have a beach wagon and chairs, since we usually rents those.

Not what we expected!

We have been renting in AMI for many years. Always had great accommodations until this duplex. The worst place. We didn’t expect new, as showing in the pics . But, we expected a quaint, clean and quiet place. Not so. Construction across the street, starting at 7 am. We were never told. The pool area the roof was leaking as it poured rain a few nights. So we couldn’t use the patio. The pool needs resurfacing badly, we didn’t get in it. Floors dirty. Kitchen was very small. When you opened the refrigerator door it banged against the wall. The mattress in the master was comfortable but the beds in both bedrooms were very high, would not recommend for small children or elderly or people with bad knees. Very low water pressure in the shower. The washer n dryer are very small n old. Finally the tenants before we checked in left the garbage bin completely full and we had to wait for the first pickup before we could put our garbage out. Since my husband and I needed this vacation and we were there for the beach, we made the best of it and we were blessed with wonderful sunny days and great dining . Only went back to the duplex to bathe n sleep. This place needs more than TLC.

Great house and location to Beach

Awesome Stay!

It was a great place to stay. Beautiful beachy chic decor and the pool was so nice! You are minuets for the beautiful beach. Only thing was the beds, they were rock hard.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed on the island many times, but this was our favorite house yet. The private pool and short walk to the beach was perfect. The granite counter tops and quality fixtures shows that they want their renters to have a comfortable stay. When we first arrived it seemed the air conditioning was not working (it was fine but there was a sensor that shuts off the a/c if any doors are working). When we called them late on a Saturday evening, they explained the sensor but said they would still send someone out to check the a/c. Once all doors were closed, the a/c came back on so I called them back and told them no need for a maintenance person. They insisted they still wanted to check. It the little things like that and the attention to detail that I appreciate. We had an amazing vacation.

Great location, easy check-in, nicely appointed

The property was in a great location, close to a beach access and in a central location on the island. The villa was nicely decorated and comfortable. Private pool and covered veranda were lovely. Only suggestion would be to include more info on what beach accessories were available so we would need to know what we had to bring/rent before we got there. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Our vacation at Coral Breeze B

It is truly a special place for humans NOT DOGS! We rented from Florida Dreams Realty telling them that we had a small 18 lb. dog that we would be bringing , thus the inquiry if they except pets. They did not volunteer any information that the entire island is not pet friendly, especially the beaches were our furry four legged pets enjoy life the most, running and swimming in the beautiful water. They not only have any designated areas with pet bags and leash laws but will enforce a $300.00 fine if they find you with your beloved pet having any fun on the beach.BEDROOMS: They were ALL extremely old and uncomfortable. We also read this in other reviews from past stays and we just figured they would of replaced them having this feedback, but they apparently decided a good nights sleep for eight nights was not important to for the tenants to have. My husband left there with very bad back pain. The headboard on the master bed was not attached to the wall or bed properly a moved every time we moved in the bed, very annoying! There is NO WINDOW in the master bedroom!KITCHEN: The kitchen lacked pots and pans , no salt and pepper even. Such an easy item to supply and essential.BEACH SUPPLIES: We asked and we were told they were there and all in good condition. NOT TRUE. So much rust on them we wouldn't even touch them.POOL: The pool was in complete shade the entire day. Such a disappointment when we came to bask in the sunshine of Florida. Such an easy fix to if they trimmed the very tall trees surrounding the entire back yard. NO pool lights for night swimming either.The back screen door was very difficult to use as well as the privacy screens inside.We were quite disturbed to come back to the villa one day after being away to find that someone had come into the villa to drop off pots and pans. This is extremely wrong and an invasion of our privacy and security. Also, We could hear all of the neighbors activities n

Spring Break - Holmes Beach!

When booking our spring break in Anna Maria, we look for a great location on the North end with a pool and close walk to beach. This house hits the mark! 1 block from beach, with heated pool! This 2 bedroom is the perfect home for a family of 4. The couches are a bit dated and not the most comfortable, beach equipment was quite old but got the job done and the head board in master bedroom was leaning on wall, not connected to bed. The walls in master bathroom could use a refresh, but all of those were minor to the overall vacation! We enjoyed every minute of the house and pool and easy access to beach EVERY day! Highly recommend renting a golf cart for all or some days to zoom around the island. If you go during busy time, it's hard to find parking and the golf carts are so much fun for everyone! This house has 2 units and they both have their own pools, but allow access to both via fence in backyard for a larger group and/or 2 families traveling together! Great option!
