PROPERTY WALKTHROUGH
Entering from the bottom floor guest entrance, you're immediately greeted with the private elevator, which will allow you to easily move your luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors. On the bottom floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a King Bed, plenty of closet space, a TV, and a bathroom off of the main hallway.
As you make your way to the second floor either by elevator or stairs, you'll find the main master bedroom immediately to the left which holds a King Bed, plenty of drawers for clothing storage, and a sliding barn door that leads into the gorgeous, bathroom. This 2nd floor Master Bathroom has a large shower, 2 sinks with EXTRA counter space, and a large closet with built-in for your extended stays. You'll also find 1 of 2 balconies in this bedroom with French doors, outdoor seating, and Gulf views. Also on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms on the opposite end of the hallway, one with a King Bed, the other with a Queen Bed, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
As you make your way to the third floor, you will immediately be welcomed with the breathtaking gulf views from the double doors. The large wall of windows ensures you can enjoy this beautiful view to the fullest, with a living space and plenty of seating inside and out on the balcony. This is the perfect area to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.
This third main floor also holds the kitchen area that has beautiful white marble countertops, select stainless appliances, and custom cabinetry, with seating for 10 overall (7 at the island and 3 at the adjacent bar right next to the island). The kitchen is fully stocked for your stay at the beach! There is also a half bath and double bed on the 3rd floor.
Outside, there is a fenced-in backyard and a large propane grill, with a walkway on the side of the home that has an outdoor shower for a quick rinse-off after a long day at the beach.
