Welcome to our serene coastal getaway at North Topsail Beach! This stunning sound-front home features three bedrooms and three baths, offering all the amenities to make your vacation memorable, relaxing, and special. Perfectly situated, it provides gorgeous, unobstructed views of the sound without sacrificing proximity to the beach. For a relaxing day in the sand and sun, beach access is just a short walk down 11th Ave. The resort's amenities include a private pool, and we provide beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler for your convenience. The beautifully kept grounds make the short walk to the beach or poolside all the more enjoyable.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire house & all of the amenities.

Our community is a family friendly neighborhood that offers a pool, private pier and a wonderful over the water gazebo you can fish from as well.

Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA.

- Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. However, please bring your own beach towels.
- To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.
- There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer
sheets are not provided.

For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee.
