Neutral Ground Niche is a spacious, traditional shotgun in the heart of New Orlean's centrally located Mid City neighborhood with nearby restaurants, bars, and attractions. Spread out in this vibrantly decorated, spacious unit featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms with two king beds and a queen with comfortable mattresses and linens. A comfy queen self inflating air mattress with linens and pillows is also provided. You will find luggage racks and dressers in each bedroom as well as sound machines and ear plugs for sensitive sleepers. The full bathroom has towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will find everything you need to cook or enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the newly remodeled kitchen. Relax in one of two great outdoor spaces including a quaint front porch, and a backyard space.

The house is located in the Mid City neighborhood of New Orleans which is just about as centrally located as you can get. Pretty much anything in the city is a 5-10 minute Uber ride and the Canal Street Streetcar line is only five blocks away. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars located in Mid City and the surrounding areas, some within walking distance. City park and some of the iconic New Orleans cemeteries are located in Mid City. The French Quarter (2.2 miles), Bourbon street (2.2 miles), Superdome (1.3 miles), and Convention Center (2.6 miles) are a short drive from the house. It is also a five block walk to the Endymion Mardi Gras Parade Route and two miles away from The Fairgrounds.

1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their airbnb profile.
2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).
3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given.
4. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please smoke outside of the property and in the backyard. Dispose of trash.
5. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, Airbnb has specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from Airbnb.
6. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
7. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup.
8. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
9. Pets are allowed at this listing if they are included on the reservation and charged the pet fee and meet other requirements noted in the listing. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request.
10. RVs / Campers / Trailers are not allowed on the premises.

12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.
15. Message us for long term stays.
16. Garbage day is Mondays, please bring trash can to the curb. The city does not participate in recycling.
17. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.

20. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it's possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested through Airbnb after your additional time has been approved.
