Get away from it all and just relax and enjoy the scenery in this beautiful home & surroundings!

This 4 bedroom 2 bath bay house will comfortably sleep 8-10 guests. The main bedroom has a King bed while the remaining 3 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Both the open concept living area and primary bedroom have direct views of the bay. The large kitchen is fully stocked with seating for 2 at the bar and an additional 4 at the dining table. There`s an additional tall table in the living room with seating for 4.

Kayaks are available for your enjoyment on Perdido Bay, Palmetto Creek, and Soldiers Creek. Kayakers often have close up dolphin encounters. The Flip Flop Bay House also has a private pool overlooking the bay and the views are stunning.

The house also includes a full sized washer & dryer for your convenience. There is a covered deck balcony where you can sit and watch the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee or relax as you watch the gorgeous warm sunsets in the evening! Downstairs you will find a hammock, shower (for rinsing sand off), kayaks, and a bbq grill. Pet(Dog) fees are $300/dog up to a maximum of 3 dogs and will have to be charged separately after booking.

Neighborhood
This is a secluded home 30 minutes from the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores Beaches. You are here to get away from it all and just relax and enjoy the scenery.

Other things to note
Minimum age to rent is 25. PETS are permitted as long as you have registered and paid appropriate pet fees. Airbnb does not provide a way to pay for dog fees so please notify us after making your reservation. Dog fees are $100/dog up to a 3-dog maximum. No smoking policy in the house or on the upper decks of the home. Garbage Day is very early on Tuesday mornings. We have someone that takes the cans to the street on Mondays and returns them to the house on Tuesdays.

Getting Around
Uber and Lyft are recommended but remember you are 30 minutes away from all the activities along the beach so charges will be a little higher.
