As you enter this 4th floor unit, the bedroom with queen bed is located to your left. Down the hall are twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. This condo also features a full bath and an additional half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked and is open to the living room area which is large enough for your friends and family to cook and spend time together. From the main living room climb the spiral staircase to the roomy BONUS loft area with a queen bed.
But you didn`t come to Orange Beach to just enjoy your room or the views. On the main level of the building, you have a refreshing pool along with plenty of room to sun and a workout room close by. There are grills and picnic benches by the parking area, a walking and bike trail, and the boat launch all convenient during your stay. It`s just a short walk across the road to the Cotton Bayou beach access to spend the day on the beach and in the cool waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The new CoastAL Orange Beach water front restaurant/bar and retail outlet are a short walk across the street. Publix grocery store is just a 1-minute drive from the parking lot along with other stores and shops. As we mentioned, you are in the center of Orange Beach so there are endless choices of restaurants within 5 minutes in all directions.
