Calliope is a spacious, five-bedroom home located just a short distance away from the beaches of 30A. This 30A vacation rental features desirable amenities including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, free Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with new appliances, tile and counters. Four bikes are also included for your convenience! Saturday to Saturday Rental during the peak summer season.

The first floor of the home is where you will find your cozy living room, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. Also on the main level of Calliope is a large bedroom, a full bathroom decorated with beautiful granite countertops and a half bathroom. Family vacation

Great Location!

Great Vacation! We traveled with our family of nine and this house was fantastic. Plenty of room and bathrooms to accommodate our group size. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook on the nights we stayed in. Location in the neighborhood was our favorite part, very close to the beach tram out the front door and right out the back door for the very short walk to the pool. Also, very close proximity to the Seacrest shops, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. The bikes included with property were easy to access and use and we used them often to cruise around the neighborhood and to the shops nearby. Only negative was that there was not a pantry in the kitchen but we ended up using an upper cabinet for our groceries and that seemed to work for our family. Property contact / rental company were very responsive and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall this was a great rental and we will be looking to stay here or book with another harmony location again on our next beach trip.

Overall great stay!

This property was awesome! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and extremely spacious! I did initially have a few issues with communicating with the property managers at first but those issues were eventually resolved. I additionally, I should have done more research on the location because this property is located about 30 minutes from Pier Park and Walmart which was a stretch for our big family. We also didn’t love the restaurants in the area and much preferred the ones on the other side of Panama City. We did however love the availability of the trams to drop us off at the beach and pools however they close at 5:30. If you would like to go to the beach or return after 5:30pm, you must walk about 5-7 minutes. Additionally, our rental provided bicycles which were super handy! The community pools were absolutely outstanding! There were like 5 pools, food service, margaritas, etc. Overall, my family really enjoyed our stay!

Poor Property Condition- Extensive repairs Needed - DO NOT BOOK

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Experience was one that left us hoping for alot more. We were met with a house in disrepair. The 3rd floor shower which we were told later was a known issue before our stay has been leaking into the 2nd floor ceiling and therefore unusable. The 2nd story shower also presents leaking through the ceiling on the 1st floor. Visible water pouring through the ceiling and down the walls. After talking to management these issues were known and left unresolved and unspoken to us before our stay. Visible mold is also present on the 2nd floor leading to respiratory issues in one of our 6month old children. Not to mention the house was filthy upon arrival- from the flooring to the bedding. We had to buy cleaning products to clean the property. Then the random other issues... Refrigerator wouldn't close, grill was unusable due to the fact it was filthy and the the dryer was about to catch the home on fire.. This was by far the worst stay I have ever had at any property. I would avoid this property at all costs.
