The J10 Cabin is a rare find in Island Park! It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom a-frame that sleeps up to 6 adults. Fully updated with sparkling granite countertops, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, Casper mattresses and pillows, soft bedding, and washer/dryer.
This fully renovated cabin includes two queen beds as well as two sets of built in bunks beds, each with a full on bottom and a twin up top. The cabin also includes a fire pit, barbecue grill, infrared fireplace heaters in each room, and a walk out balcony in the upstairs master.
Located off Yale Kilgore road which is the gateway to thousands of miles of public lands and recreational ATV trails, hunting, and amazing fishing, and a short 5 minute drive to Island Park Reservoir and Henry's Fork. About a mile away from Stoddard Mill kids fishing pond. In the Shotgun Valley subdivision.
J10 Cabin has a pull through driveway and areas for utility trailer parking on the side of the cabin. In winter months, guests need 4-wheel drive to navigate winter storms. Due to large amounts of snow, only one 7' by 12' trailer can be squeezed on the property in the winter. Additional or larger trailers can be parked at Keg Springs just down the road.

The guest services team will work to troubleshoot with you first before calling out a handyperson. If several extra hours are requested, guests may be required to book the day before or after their desired arrival or departure day. 24 hours advance notice is required. If not approved in advance, a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time.

14. Locked Out: If a guest locks themselves out of a door with a key, guest services can instruct the guest on accessing the lockbox. If it is a door without a key, guests will be required to call a locksmith at their own cost. If someone from the host’s team is dispatched, a $60 fee will be assessed.
15. Moving Furniture: Moving of furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.
