Wenn Sie auf dem Balkon sitzen, bietet Ihnen unsere Wohnung im 3. Stock einen herrlichen Blick auf die ruhige Karibik. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel und angenehm zu gestalten. Das Gebäude ist neu und gut gepflegt. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool und einen Whirlpool, Chaiselongues, Tische und Stühle im Freien und Kajaks. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Das Gästezimmer hat zwei Queen-Size-Betten und das Kinderzimmer hat zwei Twin-Size-Ausziehbetten für vier Personen. Zentrale Klimaanlage. Der Strand direkt dahinter wird von den Gartenpflegern gepflegt. Beim Schnorcheln direkt vor unserem Strand sehen Sie Seespinnen, kleine tropische Fische und Seeigel. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen kleinen Fitnessraum mit Laufbändern und Hanteln. Das Gebäude Aqua Tower hat eine Website, die Sie online finden können.

Unser Appartementhaus ist sehr familienfreundlich. Die meisten Einheiten sind im Besitz von Familien, die in Santo Domingo leben und die Wochenenden am Strand verbringen. Es ist perfekt für kleine Kinder, da der Pool flach ist und es eine Schaukel im Sand gibt. Die familiäre Atmosphäre ist einladend, aber wir möchten keine Mieter haben, die laute Musik spielen oder feiern. Alle Eigentümer des Gebäudes sind sich einig, die familiäre Atmosphäre zu bewahren. Magical stay in Juan Dolio

Jennifer was an incredible host. She was super responsive and attentive and provided a wealth of information so that my friends and I could have an amazing trip. The apartment was the perfect size for all of us and had breathtaking views of the beach. The building staff were also accommodating and helpful! We felt safe and had an amazing trip!

Amazing.... I feel at home

This place is gorgeous Just like the pictures I was in communication with Jennifer all the time She want to make sure that everything was OK .it is 24 hour security and the people in the building is very nice this is gonna be my new spot in juan dolió my kids feel like home and I really like that they got everything that you need apartment If you want to relax have fun with your family this is the right place to go

Beautiful, quiet, airy condo!

We lived in the DR many years ago and came back for an extended visit. We were so lucky to find and stay for the full month of February in Jennifer's condo. It was all that we hoped it would be!! Spacious, quiet, and right on the beach. We spent our days beachcombing, cooking food in the nice kitchen and eating on the beautiful patio, or eating in fantastic restaurants close by. Took lots of side trips to Bayahibe, Boca Chica, Santo Domingo, and Santiago. The condo location is perfect for getting around the DR. Our best memories will be the kindness of the staff and other owners at the condo, the security and service, beautiful sunsets, buying fresh fruits and vegetables everyday, and overall, just relaxing and getting away from the craziness of life. Jennifer was great to deal with and we will never forget all that she did to make this trip memorable for my husband and I. Don't hesitate to stay here. It's the BEST and we hope we can come back soon!

Family-friendly, comfortable, with great view!

My family of 5 and my mother-in-law had a great 8 nights at Jennifer's place. First, the view from the balcony is great to wake up to every morning and relax to in the evening. We enjoyed the private beach area for night time strolls and snorkeling (best spot is off to the right near the bent coconut tree and off the end of the concrete jetty). The condo is filled with families with kids and all were super friendly. The staff were very helpful though most did not speak much English. New Years eve there was an informal party and they shot fireworks right off the pool area - great way to kickoff the new year! The condo is very roomy and clean. It is not luxury, but full of family comfort. With any area of high humidity, some things show rust, but the unit is in fine shape. We cooked quite a few meals and for breakfast (as we often find outside the US), free range eggs has the bright orange color yoke and taste so much better. Jennifer was super responsive via WhatsAp even though she was on her own vacation elsewhere. She was full of great suggestions and were quick to answer any questions. I would suggest a car to get the most from your stay - there isn't too much within walking distance. Juan Dolio is equal distance to Santo Doming and La Romana/Cayahibe and convenient to both areas. Zona Colonial is a must - we enjoyed Pat'e Palo (the oldest Tavern in the new world) and the popsicles at Paletas Bajo Cero are the bomb! The Three Eyes park and the Botanical Garden (esp the Japanese Garden) are also worth a visit. The Chu Chu Colonial is a nice relaxing overview and we enjoyed making our own chocolate bars at the Kah Kow chocolate workshop We also enjoyed the rum tour at Ron Barcelo just north of San Pedro de Macoris - very informative and excellent rums. Altos de Chavon at Casa de Campo was decorated for the holidays and when the lights came on in the evening, it was magical. The Caves of Wonder was worth the short 1 hour visit and while they officially say no photos, the guides were tolerant if you snuck a few in without flash with your phone. 8-) We went on the Seavis Nature Complete tour and it was excellent. Really good snorkeling off Isla Catalina and a River cruise up Rio Chavon, and then visit the their Tanama Jungle Ranch. We drove to their office in Cayahibe, but they can also provide transport for additional fee from Juan Dolio. For a relaxing and fun family vacation, I would highly recommend Jennifer's place!

Perfect Family Vacation!!

This was the perfect location for my family and I to relax and enjoy the island life. Not only was the view fantastic and the beach spectacular the apartment itself was clean, well equipment for cooking and relaxing. The building staff was very helpful with ordering food and recommending places to visit and shop. It is a home away from home!! Oh, I cant forget to mention the private pool and beach!! WOW. I will be booking here again.

Great place to stay!

We had such an amazing time at this beachside apartment. The view out to the sea is spectacular. The beach itself is small and quaint which made me feel like it was my own little piece of heaven. The pool is large and great for kids....not to mention the relaxing hot tub. But for someone looking to workout the facilities on the first floor allow that option. The apartment itself was clean and larger than I expected. The balcony was my favorite place to sit in the evening. This place was everything we hoped it would be!

Wonderful Apartment in excellent location

Jen's place was fantastic! It is much bigger on the inside than you would think, and can comfortably sleep 6. The apartment is very clean and modern but is decorated so that you truly feel like you are on a tropical beach vacation. The pool and private beach are the absolute best! I would highly recommend staying here. I know would again for sure.

While the place has a nice view , and is good size the apartment was dirty, sheets sandy, the freezer and refrigerator were filthy . Maid was sent in 2 days later and did some cleaning. Hot tub was cold kids were constantly told not to get pool deck wet which is impossible when you step out of a pool and onto the deck. I do also believe a vacation is what you make of if so if you are not a clean freak like me I say go for it.

Beautiful, spacious apartment, with amazing view!

The apartment is right in front of the beach, so the view is spectacular. The pool and jacuzzi were also a highlight of our stay. The apartment is very spacious and is well stocked. It has a very homey feel and even had toys for my daughter to play with. Nearby there are many restaurants, shops, and markets. Amazing place, we had a great time.

Maravilloso apartamento, me encantó

Pasamos unos días maravillosos, el apartamento muycómodo, con una vista preciosa preciosa frente al mar, mucha seguridad, con piscina y jacici con agua tibia, con todos los ensere de cocina, las camas cómodas, muy tránquilo y a la vez muy familiar, todo como se ve en las fotos, tiene ascensor. Jennifer is a school teacher and Ianir is an entrepreneur. We have two lovely daughters: Mikaela is fourteen and Arielah is nine. We are an international family and are currently living in Santo Domingo, where we have a house. We use our Juan Dolio apartment about twice a month. We LOVE to travel, meet new people and explore new places. We also love to enjoy our life here in the beautiful Dominican Republic. We appreciate good food and drink, interesting conversation, good books and spending time with our family and friends. We have lived in numerous countries and moved back to the DR because it is the place that we most love. We'd love to share this special place with others.

Juan Dolio is a small beach town 45 minutes from Santo Domingo and an hour from La Romana and Casa De Campo. In Juan Dolio you can find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, fresh produce, gift shops, pharmacies, boutiques, furniture stores and medical services. There are numerous golf courses close by, including Metro Country Club within walking distance and Casa De Campo's world-famous courses close by. You can walk down the beach to collect shells, watch the local fisherman scouting the sea, find a cafe at which to eat or drink or simply enjoy a stroll. The restaurants nearby range from gourmet fare with dressed up patrons to your local spots where you can get some fried fish and drink an ice-cold Presidente beer.
