Sie werden feststellen, Entspannung am Pool ist ganz der Leckerbissen und genau das, was Sie sich für unser mildes und schönes Wetter Jahr hier in Florida freuen. Die sehr große Lanai (1.300 Sq. Ft.) Verfügt über eine Außenküche mit einem Gasgrill, Waschbecken, Mini-Kühlschrank und Platz für 12 Personen. Viel Spaß beim Genießen eines freundlichen Wettbewerbs für die ganze Familie bei einem herausfordernden Spiel von Ping Pong auf der Veranda !!

Die neuesten Upgrades enthalten eine komplett renovierte Gourmet-Küche, um alle Ihre Koch- und Unterhaltungswünsche einzufangen. Neue Granit Zähler, Schränke und brandneue Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl wurden hinzugefügt. Kleinere Geräte gehören eine Kaffeekanne, Mikrowelle und Toaster. Diese Küche ist ein Muss und ist voll geladen und bestückt für Ihre täglichen Bedürfnisse und perfekt für die Unterhaltung Ihrer Gäste. Es gibt eine Insel und eine Frühstückstheke für vier Personen und einen Küchentisch für sechs Personen und einen separaten formellen Essbereich mit sechs Sitzplätzen.

Das Haus hat überall neue Böden. Schöne Erde Fliesen im gesamten Wohnbereich und alle vier Schlafzimmer sind mit Teppich ausgelegt. Alle Schlafzimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügen über reichlich Stauraum und mehr als genug Stauraum für die Aufbewahrung. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Queen-Size-Betten und das 4. Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet.

Das Master-Bad wurde wunderschön aufgewertet und neu gestaltet, um eine eigene Spüle und eine tiefe Schüssel für entspannende Nächte nach einem harten Spiel von Tennis, einem langen, faulen Tag Golf oder nach dem Wandern Meilen kilometerlangen weißen Sandstränden enthalten.

Dieses wunderschöne Haus verfügt über eine Garage für zwei Autos und eine schöne Wäschemöglichkeit. In Ihrem Aufenthalt sind auch drei Fahrräder für Erwachsene zur freien Verfügung. Helme sind im Lieferumfang der Fahrräder enthalten.

Zentral im University Park Country Club gelegen, können Sie einen von Ron Garl entworfenen, gepflegten Golfplatz mit 27 Löchern genießen. Der Kurs bietet eine Herausforderung, eignet sich aber für alle Könnensstufen. Um das Haus herum finden Sie einen einfachen Zugang zu geschützten Wegen zum Laufen, Laufen oder Radfahren.

5 star vacation home!!

This home was even more beautiful seen in person! Extremely clean,beautiful decor, and just well maintained as is the entire gated community it resides in. Pool is awesome with plenty of cool areas to relax when you have had enough sun for the day. Lana, the property manager is simply customer service at its best. She was so easy to work with, and quickly accommodated us with our last minute reservations! This home is surrounded with great restaurants of all types,(Loved The Half Shell),as well as shopping, including the relatively new University mall , just minutes away! Only wished we could have stayed longer!!!

Awesome home and even better leasing/support team

Lana and her team made this visit to a beautiful home in University Park (Sarasota) FL an absolute dream come true! Pictures do not do this luxurious home justice, with large open common areas, large lanai and pool w/ hot tub and ping pong table, and spacious master with three additional bedrooms and 2 more baths. We spent the week with our adult children and their brand new babies (our grands!) and everyone loved the home and surrounding area. Extremely private gated community with endless walking/running paths, championship golf course and tennis, and only a mile or so from SW Floridas newest mall at University Park. Again, we cannot say enough good things about the way Lana managed our lease, from early reservation through last minute requests on our end. We will be back!!!!

Wonderful Vacation home

We rented the house for 10 days over Christmas. We were there with our 2 boys( 9 and 12 years old). The location was great in a very nice and quiet Golf community close to Sarasota and Siesta Key beach and Lido beach. The description of the property was super accurate. The owners and Lana, the property manager were very kind and helpful. The communication was always easy via email or phone. Lana answered always promptly. The house is very nice and clean. The kitchen is stuffed with everything you need. I was impressed. They provided also stuff like kitchen paper rolls, toilet paper, tissues, cleaners, dish washer and washer detergent. I like that, because I don't want to bring everything and I don't like to shop for that if I am on vacation for 10 days. There were enough towels and beach towels too. The house is furnitured in a contemporary style what we really liked. The master bath was huge and with a very nice shower and tub. There is a huge dressing room with enough hangers( these a little things, but so annoying if there are not enough) The only little complain was the queen sized bed in the master bed room. We enjoyed the sound system, the nice outdoor furniture, the pink pong table and of course the nice pool. Our boys had so much fun and again they had a lot of stuff for the pool too. There were also two bikes and beach chairs. A shopping mall and grocery store are close by with lots of restaurants. It was a short drive to Siesta Key beach and Lido Beach. The traffic was ok if you leave early. The wonderful Ringling Museum is also close by and worth a visit. We also did a fishing boat tour in Bradenton and went to the Myakka State Park to watch the Alligators. The time was to short to do some Golfing. I can't say anything about that. I would recommend that house to friends. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Month Away From Home

It was hard to find a rental in this area - but we were very happy with what we found! We rented for the month of January - our first time to live away from home for an entire month. It was a great experience - the grounds of the community were very nice, the neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed. The property manager was always available when needed and addressed anything that came up. Lots of room in the house and the outdoor pool area was very private. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great rental for family of 5 and pets

We rented this property for three months awaiting construction on our home. The property manager was excellent and responded quickly to all requests. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Plenty of linens and cleaning supplies. We were able to park a vehicle in the garage and there was plenty of space to store some of our things.

Beautiful large home

The home was immaculate and large with 4 true bedrooms. The owners have thought of everything you may need in the kitchen and elsewhere. Very whimsical murals and sculptures around the home and pool deck. Wonderful stay!

Amazing experience

From the moment we pulled up we were blown away with the cleanliness and decor of the home. This is a must stay for anyone heading to this area. It’s a real quiet neighbourhood and everyone was super friendly. Great location next to the UTC mall and a bunch of great restaurants. Lana was really nice and easy to deal with. Fabulous, modern house that exceeds all expectations.

We rent in this area every summer and this is by far the best house we have ever rented. Decor, furniture and kitchen is of a very high standard. House was exceptionally clean and it was well kitted out, from pool towels to kitchen resources. The BBQ was also a huge plus point. The location is perfect. Very close to supermarkets, the UTC mall, restaurants and the interstate. A short drive to the beach and downtown Sarasota. Would not hesitate to rent this beautiful home again.

"First Class Accommodation and Location"

A very good experience

Best things: o The pool was very warm. Love that. o The people in the neighborhood were very welcoming. Of course, we walked our Chihuahua frequently and he made friends with all the many other dogs. So that certainly helped. o The neighborhood itself is lovely, with lots of shade trees. Great for walking or biking. o Lots of other nice things. All in all, we were very sorry we had to leave, but glad we had contracted for 2 months.

A Gem of a Rental Property

We spent a month in this beautiful house in the University Park Country Club. We have rented many homes over the years, but few have been so tastefully furnished and so well appointed. Also, the property manager was very responsive to our requests and questions. The infrastructure is remarkable with great supermarkets, restaurants and shopping malls just minutes away. We have already booked our next stay!

Lovely property in beautiful surroundings

Wonderful retreat!!!!!

Lana, we had an amazing time in Florida! The house was great....all we can say is great things about it! Everything was provided to make our stay very comfortable....a "home away from home"! Elite vacation rental in quiet neighborhood

This home is everything as advertised. It was clean, well equipped and well managed. We walked through the 29 mile of neighborhood sidewalks with our dog every day and everyone waved and exchanged pleasant greetings. It was nice to have a coded garage door opener for those walks. The owners and manager have taken great pains to include everything for a great vacation. The outdoor ping pong table was top notch. The gas grill was used many times to grill those fabulous Detweiller steaks and the padded outdoor furniture was great when the weather cooperated. We have never had such a nice TV system in a vacation rental before so we used the DVR to record our programs and had evening entertainment when it rained. We only used 3 of the bedrooms and Lana even bought a memory foam mattress topper for my bed to give me a softer surface. The other mattresses were very comfortable without any topper. I was able to bake cookies with all the supplies in the kitchen (mixer, blender, grill,toaster and can opener) were all high quality. There were plenty of cleaning supplies including paper products for our 2 month stay. The home was very easy to maintain. The pool patio got pretty dirty while we were there so it would be nice if the pool guy power washed the deck every 2 weeks or so. There are lots of options for exercise, but we joined the LA Fitness for 2 months, but you can also join the country club and use the fitness center on the property. We didn't eat at the club restaurant because there were so many options within 2 miles of the home that were good. Everyone bent over backwards to accommodate any issues and I was very impressed with the good communication from Lana, the manager. We plan to return next year!
